They are so simple to build on and when you close up the airflow the flavor is great. 14 wraps per coil - .08Ω to .1Ω depending on if I believe the ohm meter or the ipv, it's a great vape. I think I got this TC thing down.

I have 2 Velocities and they are great flavor chasers as well as cloud chuckers. Plenty of room for all sorts of coil building including building quad coils.

I think I'm going to get a Velocity so I can try out that staggered stapled Clapton I made. Anyone know of a good copy?
Focalecig has two versions for about $10, one with a bottom feeder pin, one without. Not sure how good they are though, I should be ordering the bf one in a bit :)

does this setup make me a modwomper or a cloud chaser? Built for flavor 4 strands of twenty eight Gage nichrome 80/20 juice and loads of flavor.

I think if you have to ask if you're a cloud chaser, you're a modwomper :D welcome to the fold.

Those of yall who smoked for many years and now vape, yall ever considered lung capacity? For the 40 years I smoked I always did the MTL style and same with my vaping until last May when I got the subtank mini's and they was natural lung hitters to me. Been vaping everything as lung hitting ever since. With all the times I was in the hospital earlier this year it seemed every time I was given one of those breathing things.

The best I ever could do on them was 2500 ml and I considered that was from 40 years of damaging my lungs. The first time i went in the hospital last Nov I was only quit smoking 4 months and the best I could do was around 600 ml while my smart aleck missus could easily do 4000 ml and she never quit smoking. Just am curious if anyone else ponders lung functions now that they no longer smoke.

Constantly, since my asthma has worsened, since I quit smoking and started vaping. It's very clear to me why they used to call them "asthma cigarettes." They might give you lots of crud to cough up, but they do seem to have a beneficial effect on asthma. So completely weird.

The first time the nurses forced me to do it, I was able to do a whole 600 ml. When your freshly out of surgery and your abdomen feels like its on fire with every movement, breathing deep just isnt a consideration to me but the nurses with held the good pain medicine until I did it so I was able to get up to 1200 ml before leaving the hospital the first time.

ROFL... after I had my c-sec, I had to take "breathing treatments" for 4 days, due to 15 mins gen'l anesthesia; I wouldn't LET them give me the treatment, UNTIL I had my demerol shot, because the treatments made me cough.

The best thing about my appendectomy last summer was that my lungs were clear as a bell even after FORTY-FIVE MINUTES gen'l anesthesia, so I got to go home the same day.

oh, my coffee hasn't kicked in yet, you normally drip, are running a triton right now. I'll step out of the tank talk.
I can build a pair of mean Clapton's that produce a moderately warm vape at 200 watts but can't get a good vape off this tank running 80/20

I could never get a tank to work well for me, either dry hits or leaks, too hot or no vapor. That's why I drip/squonk.
