I just had to start with the kayfun they're obligatory haha. My goodness that's a huge kayfun there lol! I've had my eye on the rose too, you make it sound like my next quest! Thanks!

I started out with the Ego's and all, went to KFL and V4's and liked them but when I tried a subtank mini with the .5 coil at 20 watts and wide open airflow, I knew I found my holy grail of vapes :pervy: Havent done a MTL hit since. Nothing but lung hits now.

I contacted the Post Office and told them they was killing you, and they said they cant have that so they agreed to send it to my house instead. :D

I just wanted a TFV4, talked about it and drooled over it for weeks with envy, *legitimately* win one and this is how I get treated...real nice.

I had to go look up what a drip shield was, well before my time... :)

Now you're making me feel old
When the k100 was all the rage there were a lot of people who had no idea what it was for, the k100 came with a matching drip shield. I've never actually used one, I've never used a 510/306 drip atomizer.

I own one (clone/style/stolen/ripped/counterfeit)
When I just want to tinker - which is rare, I dig it up, try and usually fail to get a good build.

However when I did get a few puffs, flavah was top notch,
But for the most part, as much as I wanted lemonade, I still only got a lemon.
I missed these posts for some reason.

That is too bad about your GS II, I hope to get a great build on it and have it vape like a dream. ;) I picked up the recommended Shenray clone so it might have a few burs and need a little cleaning. The Flash e-Vapor style wicking is just too sweet, I'll try the PTFE feeder straws in it first before putting in SS mesh straws.

You know what they say if life gives you lemons...

Everyone should start with a Kayfun, they are an excellent RTA with an easy build. Lots of Rose V2-S's up on FT to pick from and the 316SS version gets high marks. I have 2 of the regular Rose V2's so I need new toys but I would definatley pick up another Rose. I am waiting for Tobeco or Hotcig to come out with a version of the Snapdragon RDA to compliment my Roses.

Yeah the new GS-Tank air flow control is better than the original GS airs.
That is good to know and I still send people looking to upgrade from Naughty's to the GS Air thread. It just wasn't for me. You might find the same after you get that Kayfun up and running. ;)

I had to go look up a K100 as well. Those look like they would be good for testing juices. I have always wanted to try a HH.357 Cisco atty, but they still want $20USD for them from Avid, take conversion and shipping and it would add up to an expensive atty. Supposedly one of the best for flavor testing though.

I do like this part on Avid's HH.357 page. :w00t:
Do not dry burn for any reason, any remaining vodka inside the atomizer should burn off after the first few pulls.

These Labor Day sales are a trick! I think "oooh a sale I'm SAVING money" and then 300ml and 4 attys later I think "how did I just spend $100"...I need help
Looks like some great juice there and free international shipping on a $50 order. But it's too great a chance to take it will get confiscated at the border.

That Peach Tea does sound delicious though.

They have no atty's I could see, what did you get?

Is that like the Vaportini thing they invented to inhale alcohol?
No it appears to be the cleaning procedure with Ethanol or Vodka. :vapor:

CLEANING PROCEDURE:

A dirty atomizer can cause poor wicking and restrict the flow of liquid to the coil. Dirty wicking material will hold less juice and increase the potential for leaking.

For longer life clean your atomizers when you feel the performance drops or they are not wicking properly. High VG content, Dark jucies, and juices with high sugar content will need to be cleaned more often.

For cleaning use Ethanol/grain alcohol or vodka and let soak for an hour. Drip clean ethanol/alcohol into the atomizer from the mouth piece end and let it drip out the connector end, this would be the final "flush" before blowing the atomizer out and repeating steps 2-5. Step 2 would require 7-9 drops after a cleaning and blow out.

Do not let the atomizer dry out after cleaning, it needs to stay lubricated. Drop the required amount of drips of your juice or straight pg/vg for pre priming immediately after blowing it out even if you wont be using for a while. Never store the atomizer dry.

Do not blow air in from the drip tip / mouth piece end, EVER. Blow air only in the direction of airflow. In through the connector end and out through drip tip/mouth piece end.

@TrollDragon they had a starting up giveaway here a few months back I got their 5 pack sampler, they were all good but that peach tea oh my was it good. Eciggity is having a 25% off sale code: Grand25 ...and they just came out with their own (collaboration with Juice Mafia) juice line as well!! Holy crap $19.99 for 100ml. Seems like they started realizing people don't want to pay $20 for 30ml. Still filling the cart - these Sapor RDAs look nice

Supposedly, if you properly care for them, one can last for months of regular use. Dry burning silica always seemed like somewhat of a bad idea to me.

I still have a pair of K100, they're very nice, simple mechs. Never used the drip shields though, they just transferred the mess to a different area. Careful dripping rates were the only real solution.

If you look in the clearance sections the 510/306 attys are still available, usually under $5, a good low-resistance 1.8Ω gives a nice vape. Anyone who likes dripping should try at least one just for the fun of it.

100ml cost me maybe (being generous here) $3 to DIY.

I might pick one up to use on the cREO while I'm working on filing down the catch cup, though the chalice seems to like it better than it did my smokeless owl.

We all can't be chemists and mix this stuff up. Aside from winning that 100ml of Boba's Bounty the other day :D I NEED MOAR JOOSE. Tell my X Cube + TFV4 that I got it a nice set of clothes and if it comes to it's REAL home it can have them
