Yeah their free update turned out to be a nightmare

MS is trying to corner the tablet market. They gave you the free upgrade because if your ever in the market for a new tablet you probably will buy the one with the windows operating system on it because your already use to it and wont be a learning curve for you to use it. It doesnt matter than WIndows is a bloated turd, what matters is people will recognize it and make their purchase solely on that reason.
I havent ran Windows in about 4 years now and I never will go back to them. Linux is soooo much better. Google linux Mint and see for yourself its not the nightmare that MS wants you to believe it is. And its free. A complete full operating system with a great user interface just like a win7 with a ton of additional software like a full office program that will do everything MS office will do, including saving files in a MS format and all free. Plus on install it will partition your hard drive and make it where you can boot up into windows or linux without losing any of your windows data or files.

Linux is great, specially for old hardware, my son gets all my "old" devices and I run Linux of all flavours on them,
Nothing is perfect though, and *nix can be rather buggy, depends on your hardware.

Also note, if you ever did want to run anything with Asio, you would be bang out of luck with Linux, same goes for any Adobe products, and most DX games.

Linux is best suited for servers and simple office/media/web surfing devices, IMO.

I played warcraft, world of tanks and other games on Linux. No problems with it. Just have to use PlayonLinux to run MS based games.

So Season 4 of Diablo III probably wouldn't run...

I haven't been on D3 since Season 1, it got way too boring for me. Played Heartstone for a while then tried Heroes of the Storm. I'm playing Elder Scrolls Online right now...because Fallout 4 isn't released yet.

Fallout 4

Yeah, a buddy and I are grinding through Season 4... The drop rate of legendary and set pieces is the absolute shiits right now. Hopefully the RNG God will smile upon us soon. :nun:

It is a serious grind but Seasons 1,2 & 3 were as well.
