Sadly the Unisaw has been junk since at least 1970.

Sawstop is a really well made piece and the the sawstop tech is most excellent.
There are around 60,000 that is correct sixty thousand table saw accidents a year in the US.
table saw accidents

Be safe you need one hand to vape and the other for doing stuff. :D

Well as luck would have it mine was a 1967. I got it rusty but very lightly used. Complete tear down and strip. Reassembled, painted and new belts and blah blah. Dust door added. Jet Lock junked and shop Fox Classic installed. Also a Shark Guard. WW II blade and.........................nothing. Was an ok saw. No magic. Just a saw.

Sold it for what I had in it and set the Bosch back up and that was that.

I LOVE that song! Reminds me of my very first boyfriend; it was very popular at the time (I was 14! 1975! gack, same year I started smoking!).

Y'all are old lol jk. I love the people in this forum. To be fair oh I don't normally hang out with people y'all's
Age but you're pretty cool. So I guess I'm lucky I quit smoking at such an early age. Just need to stay on the path. The temptation to buy a pack of camel wides is always real

I seriously wish we could all hang out in a bar or like a vaping shop.
Oh the fun and in person discussions we would have. I feel like we would get in debates/arguments. Friendly of course. Btw for my random question of that night. Has anyone tried vape wild juice. I'm about to order from them lol

I use VapeWild all the time. Good juice for amazing prices, customizable and a large variety of options. This labor day I ordered from Blue Dot Vapors they had a sale and I had won their sampler pack on here and I really enjoyed their stuff - same amazing prices smaller juice selection.

They have a vaping lounge that just opened up in town. Havent been to it yet but asked at the vape shop about it and they said people go in there and order what flavor they want and sit around vaping and relaxing. Its geared torwards the college kids but they said they have nothing against old farts stopping by :D

%95 of what i vape is DIY except the occasional bottle of Mothers Milk or something like that.

Yeah but that's like saying I could either drink beer at home or go to the bar and get some. And I find diy is like diy beer. You gotta try to get the recipes down. But I still enjoy buying craft juice every now and then. Can we rename so called premium juice that? Lol

Well then.... since I was 54 this year... that means you hit the big FIVE OH this year! Not much fun being an antique, is it. :D

I'm just ecstatic that I managed to ditch the smokes before I hit 40 yrs for that habit; I had a superstition that I needed to quit before I smoked for 40 yrs, and I made it... wonders never cease. :D

You KNOW I love anything from the Top! That Blues playlist of mine is positively bulging with them!

@Scotticus93 -- look at it this way -- yours may be the last generation that ever needs to smoke! Ain't it wonderful?!?! Blaze a trail for your generation, be in the vanguard!

As I've mentioned, my son was amazed when he found a song from HIS playlist in MY playlist -- "Nightmare" by Avenged 7Fold -- I told him, I may be an old fart, but I still love rock n roll! :D :thumb:

That is when reality set in for me.
Someone asked how long I had smoked and when I said I was 49 and had smoked since I was 13 they said "wow, that's 36 yrs".
That really floored me.

Lovely mishap this morning...

IPV2s / Kayfun4 was sitting on an angle in the front catch all tray of the car and just behind that are two cup holders. Well the big travel mug full of this mornings brew was not quite seated in the back holder and doesn't it decide to fall forward emptying it's contents into the front catch all tray. :censored:  :censored:  :censored:

I look down and there is the IPV2s half submerged in a tray full of coffee. I grabbed some paper towel and wrapped the IPV up for a good shake to clear the coffee from it's innards. The case was warm really warm and I was just waiting for hissing to start and it was going out the window, pronto. The heat was only from the coffee itself so I brought it into work for a full tear down and cleaning.

IPV2S Clean.jpg

When I got it all apart there was only a tiny bit of coffee inside that came in through the USB port. Tore it all apart, washed the board and switches with electronics cleaner, dried it off and put it back together.

Installed the battery, fired it up and had a vape. Working Perfectly, I was lucky there. The IPV2s was shown running under water in a demo by P4U before it came out so I don't know if they made them water proof or that was just the prototype model.

All is good in IPV land, I doubt the iStick or the Sigelei would have survived the same fate.
Tonight's purchase will be an auto closing travel mug and to give the console a good bath!

Yeah... if there was any sugar in that coffee... ants will find it! We had to do a full detailing of our truck when we'd only had it a few months, because of the stupid ants!

Really good news about the IPV, though! Gratz!!!
