Recently, I've found that 3mg nic is harsh to me, PLUS it gives me too much of an adrenaline rush. I don't like it. I mixed up some 1mg and a bunch of zero mg and as I feel I need some, I'll hit the 1mg, but the rest of the time (especially afternoons and evenings) I try to stay with the zero nic stuff. We got MFS nic in the 100mg/ml VG base, and at 1mg I can't notice anything at all, but at 3 it makes me cough now. And a month ago, I was at 4 and 6 mg with the SAME STUFF. It's weird.
I thought maybe I was done with nicotine finally, so didn't use any for quite some time (maybe a week), but found I was feeling tired and worn-out, so I went back to the 1mg stuff in the mornings and sometimes afternoons, and now I'm fine again.
I never thought it would be this hard to find the correct nic level! LOL! It's nice that I can adjust it at will, though. When I smoked, I got what was in there, which I now realize was way too much.
