The Arctic to me has always lacked flavor, it's all about flavor with me, I used to love clouds at first but that's just become part and parcel of vaping.
When a tank stands for a while it's nature for it to flood, better to empty them out, run the coil under some water and blow it out, clean the tank and store it.

After my postal rant guess what happens. You got it, the mail lady actually showed up. 3 1/2 hours late but better late than never. Of course the large package she didnt bother to deliver which is the GF's birthday present but Monday is just a few days away. She can wait 
All three new tanks, the Artic V8, the Rafale and the Super Tank are all juiced up and sitting for a bit while the coils soak and will let yall know what I think about them in a while.

Cool, I look forward to it... It will be interesting to see what you make of the Tobeco coils and from what I've heard the Rafale is on par with the flavor of the Crown.
I like the flavor of the Arctic actually. The tank I use a lot, it was the AFC Drip Tip it came with that I dont usually use but have the past few days.
Usually I run it with the Airflow almost completely closed and a narrow Drip Tip around 30-40Ws.
Which all coils do you have for the Arctic V8? I'm hoping the Rafale is as good as the Crown.After my postal rant guess what happens. Initial impressions, the Rafale is well built, can top or bottom fill but I liked the way you could fill the Crown better. I poured some juice into the coil as well as the outside holes. let it sit about 5 minutes, gave it some dry primer hits and still am getting a slight dry cotton burnt taste. Had it at 65 watts, turned it down to 50 watts and am getting huge clouds but flavor just isnt there. As for the airflow, massive. I love a lot of airflow but turned it down to 1/4 opened and still massive air. So far I think it will pale in comparison to the Crown.
The Super Tank right out of the box performed well. Great flavor but the coil starts to gurgle. Turned it upside down and had some excess juice in the coil. Going to see if thats going to be a constant problem or just because it is new.
The Artic V8 is great. Great flavor right out the box, large clouds, easy to fill. I really like it.

It came with the .2 Clapton which is in it and the .5 dual. Both of them vertical coils
Theres so many ways people say to prime the Crowns coils its crazy lol I just put a new coil in mine and let it sit last night. I dont drop any onto the coil itself, just let it sit and take try puffs.

A new Crown coil I will pour some juice down the middle of it, fill the tank and let it sit for 5 mainutes and then vape it at 60 for a few minutes then 80 and leave it there. I tried that at first, but the high VG disagreed with my breathing. I've been back to some blueberry this week; I kept trying sweet-vapes blueberry muffin again, end of 2014 it was my ADV, but it just never tasted that great after the strawberry & cream, but i FINALLY hit on the trick I used to do to it -- I add some banana nut bread and it really rounds out the flavor! So I've been enjoying that; I think switching between 2 flavors will help me get my WTA lower faster; the last strawberry i mixed, I used .6% WTA; when I mixed the blueberry, I made it at .5% WTA. Tomorrow I'll be mixing some more strawberry, so I'll make it at .4% WTA.

I let my tanks (STM, TFV4, & Mutation mt) sit all the time with no leaks ever!
P.S. not yelling just firmly stating my point! Please let me know which tanks flood if you let them sit so I Know which ones not to buy!
With the Rafale I also got a 5 pack of the .2 ohm coils so I took one of them and soaked it in juice. Left it soaking for a long time. Swapped out the coils, gave it a try and still am getting a burnt taste to it. I just dont know with the Rafale. Then I watched the suck my mod video and he claims it takes a couple days for the coils to break in and get rid of that funky taste so will vape it a couple days and see.
