My Velocity Mini (Tobeco) came with a BF pin.I don't have a Sapor but I do have the Velocity. It is by far the best RDA I own. No leaking what so ever and the best build deck I have used yet. It also has the most airflow I've ever used on a RDA. I have to buy a BF pin for it because I want to use it on my squonker.
My Velocity Mini (Tobeco) came with a BF pin.
Picked up a black one a while back with the bf pin. Matches my black vaporflask squonk clone perfectly![]()
Just received my Velocity and the additional BF pin. How do I switch to the BF pin without wrecking the thing? I've never messed with pin thingeys before.
Thanks for the help.
Mine was extremely tight. Put it in a vise and with a good screwdriver was able to break the torque and take it out.
Main thing is to get a screwdriver that fits snugly and do not let it slip and mess up the slot.Gee-Mo-Nelly, that friggin tight? Wow!
OK, hope mine doesn't turn into an "adventure".
Thanks for the information and the forewarning. Yipers!
Thanks.

As long as you don't let it slip in the slot. They can mess up a screw slot really fastImpact driver
"OOOOOOOOOOO", "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH", lovely.Looky what I finally got. My first "girly" mod. It's "mauve."

Now I needs a fancy, girly tank for it. My trusty workhorse iSub looks like a clumsy ol' cow sittin' up there, doesn't it? LOL! I sure like this mod, though. It's almost too small for my big hands, but I'm getting used to it. Trying to figure out this "taste control" thing... I'm not sure what that's supposed to do, and the instructions are in such bad English, I totally can't understand them, but a video I watched explained it as some kind of protection from dry hits. I'm not sure how, but we'll see.

Thats the great thing about impact drivers, they don't slip.As long as you don't let it slip in the slot. They can mess up a screw slot really fast![]()
I looked at that one (because of the goofy shape)
kinda surprised, doesn't it claim TC in kanthal ??
then that taste control thing - you vape it awhile, and it learns your vaping habit?
then (however long required) you can push the ▼ bottom of the "T" button and can adjust its intensity ????
surely diff than most others, hope to hear from you how it works out
good luck

I remember when that mod was first coming out(The Original) they made a HUGH deal about it! I remember watching Phil's review on the original and he said the instructions for Kanthal TC was to Twist Nickel ends on the Kanthal for it to work.It claims TASTE control with Kanthal. Like I said, I don't know what it is, exactly, but you're supposed to play with wattage and find your "perfect" vape, then hit the long part of the "t" button briefly, and it switches over to show a thermometer display (that's just to amuse people, I think) and a lit droplet icon, that is SUPPOSED to flash if your juice is low or your wick isn't properly saturated, but how it would know that, I have no freaking clue. And anyway, it doesn't work. I set it at 30 watts with my iSub tank and a .5 ohm coil, which is borderline getting a burned hit depending on how long a drag I take. So I took a couple short 1-second puffs and set the "taste control" and then took a couple of longer ones. They were fine until I'd overvaped my wick, then I got a burned tasting hit. Not quite "dry" yet, but real close.
The crossbar of the "t" button is the wattage up and down selector. If you hold it horizontally, so the display is right-side-up to you, the upper crossbar moves the wattage up by .1 watt increments, and the lower one moves it down. There's also some kind of combination of buttons you push for other functions, but I can't understand the destructions, so right now I'm keeping it simple.
But anyway, I don't know how that supposed "taste control" is supposed to work or even precisely what it's supposed to DO, and it totally doesn't make sense to me (if it does to someone else, please 'splain it to me, K?). I haven't done temp control yet because I haven't done temp control yet...but I have some nickel and titanium coils (for different tanks), and one of these days I'll hitch up my Big Girl Panties and do it. But not today. Today I'm enjoying my new girly shiny at 30 watts and it's perfect.
Oh! And even better, I've just loaded a tank with Rixta's Raspberry Custard Donut, and it's YUM! I tried that the day after I made it and absolutely couldn't taste anything (but I always try new recipes right away so I have a starting point), so I took his advice and let it sit. I didn't make it the whole ten days, but eight days was good enough.I'm guessing this 60 ml bottle will be gone in a week, so I'd best get on the stick and make some more!
(Okay, I'm in the right thread where that juice recipe was, right? Sometimes I get confused, so I like to check. Sometimes peeples think I'ma idjit.)

I dunno, when some of those kids at Lowe's get hold of one...Thats the great thing about impact drivers, they don't slip.
