Yeah, I bookmarked an Amazon link to that when Chopdoc said that's the one he uses! Plan on grabbing one soon as-well! :D

Should be useful for weighing other stuff as well! No not that other stuff, other stuff.

Never say never. :D

After thorough consideration I have concluded that @chopdoc is right! I know.

Mixing by weight is the absolute best way to mix. Accurate and no intermediate measuring vessels required,
that's huge! I want this, to that end I shall endeavor to acquire an American Weigh Scales LB-501. :w00t:

choppy, thanks. :toast:
Yeah choppy!

DIYing by scale really takes it to a whole new level. You find yourself experimenting a lot more because clean up is virtually non existent, no eye strain trying to see those tiny marks on the graduated cylinders and mixing takes a tenth of the time it did before.

Glad I could help with your mixing :)

I have a few digital scales but my DIYing one is the best one. I keep a small digital scale in my tool box for balancing things like driveshafts or tail rotors on helicopters where weight moves might be .4 grams. They are handy to have in some cases. I have used my home DIY scale for things like weighing out ingredients for mixing home made black powder. Its handy to have one around.

Yes I think this range and accuracy will find many uses.

You will have your blood red lavabox in about 3 weeks, brand new of course :)
Yes I know, I'm that good.

Modest too! :w00t:
Good job Rixy. Find me a Hermes V1 (two post) and I'll be super impressed. ;)

So far, I've only used mine for weighing food and counting calories. But it's a pretty good one and I'm planning on taking it to @Debadoo 's with me in a couple of weeks. Thanks for all your advice. YOU DA MAN.

Nah not Em's, she's nothing like me thankfully, she'll have that mod for a very long time, of course while trying mine out along the way.

The technology of the 22650 is way behind the 18650. Just a bad experience with them I guess
