We're having a "winter storm" today. Ick. Windy and sideways tiny snow mixed with rain. Just below freezing... it's supposed to turn to all snow later this evening, but hopefully we won't have much accumulation.
I'd rather deal with scorpions than all that winter stuff.

 My list just keeps getting longer and longer... now I have to put YOGURT on there, too? How good is it? Is it tangy like real yogurt? Well, back up, "real" is a relative term, I suppose. I make REAL yogurt, which is a completely different animal than the yogurt that's sold in stores. But is it kinda like the yogurt that you could get in a store? That'll give me a reference point.
I like regular yogurt but that Greek Yogurt stuff I cannot handle. It reminds me of that old B-rated horror movie "The Stuff"

whew! hehehe If one should it'll be ok, as long as you can handle me screamin like a girl til you come kill it!! lol I know.....pathetic, but that's how it is

I prefer the taste of regular yogurt, but was on a Greek yogurt kick for a good while since it's an easy way to get a lot of protein.

Not a fan of Winter.

I will say nothing beats sitting in the hot tub when its 25 below zero.

But Winter kills bugs and creepy crawly things.

I'm reminded of my first road trip to warmer climates. I was just a kid and I'd thrown a small tent and sleeping bag on my motorcycle and made it as far as The Badlands SD. I have ARRIVED!!!!!

Then I see signs warning of rattle snakes.

Wait what?? Snakes?? SNAKES?? We ain't got snakes up here on the tundra. So I'm terrified now. But I been riding all day and I'm beat. Come the middle of the nite I gotta pee (rare then daily now) and the park crapper is a good bit away and its very dark and I got a Mini-Maglite. And I am surrounded by thousands of snakes just waiting to taste NYer blood for the first time. I bet it took an hour to cover that 100 foot or so. Needing to be doing the peepee dance but afraid to wake the thousands of snakes.

To my knowledge I never was near a snake. I'm not even sure I've ever seen one.

that is the ONLY good thing about a good hard freeze!! I have no idea anymore what it's like to lay down in grass, or walk barefoot in it.......Texas grass = Fire ants!!
