I felt really bad when a friend of mine I took horse back riding got bit by a recluse.
Typically, at least here, the only place you are likely to find the brown recluse is in the wood pile (I always wear gloves when getting firewood and throw it in the wheelbarrow rather than setting it gently - this will dislodge them) and the black widows prefer dark fairly moist areas (under rocks, at the base of hedges, etc) , which sometimes can be the pantry shelves of the porch, but they are fairly rare to be in the house at all.
Yabbut... that second one didn't have any rattles. I thought we decided it was a bull snake of some variety. It was as BIG as a rattler, for sure, but it didn't have any rattles.
Oops... I didn't tell you about the second rattler I killed - stepped on his head, then whipped out the leatherman and cut it off. The Guineas didn't eat him either - stupid birds! The two bull snakes (harmless pests) don't count.

I miss the PT250 Bagon, was taken off the market 20 years ago (give or take), we called it Instant Death, killed any insect on contact. :) The stuff now works, but not near as fast.
Invader is about as good as a knock-down gets around here... The original Baygon was better...

Wait! WHAT? There are (or could be) recluse and black widows IN THE HOUSE????? And I wake up in the morning, all groggy, with NO GLOVES ON to get wood out of the bin to put on the stove?:shock::shock: We seriously need a couple gallons of bug spray, I'm thinking.

And thank you, I guess, for not telling me about the second rattler. o_O I have da heebie-jeebies now.

And WHY am I reading this on a forum?

Thanks to everyone, we love our pets hey, no matter what type of pet it is.

@Lannie, did you ever try my Raspberry doughnut but replace the CAP raspberry with FA ?

And I've so got to get the extended battery kit for this lavabox, the battery life sucks @ 70w.

No, but I'm going to be doing that soon. I still have about 15ml of the original left to use up. (I got distracted by my caramel/hazelnut juice! LOL!) I can't remember, though, if you told me how much of the FA raspberry you used. Did you? Is it a small percentage? I know most of their flavors are super potent and only need half or less the amount of other flavors. I did get the flavoring, though, it's sitting in my "toolbox" waiting for me to use it. ;) I should just fill a tank with that this afternoon and get it down to 10ml left in the bottle, then I can mix up 50ml to add to it and have a full bottle. I've been doing that with most of my juices, and it seems to make them "age" quicker, which is nice.

Yes, it speeds up the steeping process a lot. I used the same percentage FA Raspberry, hmm, think it was 10%, not too strong for me but you could always use less..

Well, I like fruit, so I might as well go for the whole 10% then! LOL! Thanks!
