Seems this thread is beginning to wind down now. If it does get closed, those who want to keep in touch -- pm me. Many people have gone away to other places, and I'm thinking I may just go away from here again for another year - or for good. Who knows. If I have the desire to go back to cigs I know I can count on this place for support. Thing is, I consider you all my friends, it's difficult to go (and I'm not talking about the other place cause when I jet out, I'm out of ALL the forums), but like Rixy said, sometimes the forum can get in the way of life. I've been quiet because I have some things going on which I won't go into here, but basically everything sucked for a couple of days. I'm feeling better now, though. To give you an idea of HOW badly everything sucked, I got my BCV flavor order yesterday and just tossed all the bottles in my toolbox without making anything. But today I made Rixy's (or was it Chopdoc's?) blueberry custard recipe and now I understand why people like the vanilla custard V1 so much. It's CAKE BATTER. I think they're similar enough I could just pick one and use that for everything, rather than have to keep a bottle of each. I also think this blueberry custard could use a tad bit more blueberry... but I'll wait until tomorrow to decide for sure. It's VERY good right now, though.

I said the other day I would build some sort of braided coil on the 2nd Boreas, but I didn't have the time to mess with making one so I just built a vertical 24ga 14 wrap coil on a 3mm bit. It came in at .58. Right now I have it at 50 watts with all 4 air holes open. Amazing how much more air there is with these than with a horizontal coil. Nice warm vape, good flavor and Clouds for dayz Bro!!

Made a 3 strand twisted 28 gauge SS430, then hammered flat.
7 wraps came in at .28 ohm

Sorry to hear you've had a rough few days and yes, that Blueberry Custard was mine, I find it's enough blueberry for me but everyone is different. Would you believe I have never used the V2 custard and have no wish too either, V1 is outstanding, diketones or not, I used to inhale thousands of chemicals so I really couldn't care less.I've been quiet because I have some things going on which I won't go into here, but basically everything sucked for a couple of days. If you want that Blueberry to pop then make my other recipe with the Creamy yogurt, much stronger then.

I'm a fan of verticals but the reason I never made some for the Boreas is the bottom and top of the coil isn't in line with the air holes which should in my mind, give less flavor ??

All threads wind down and pick up again, this is no different, we get busy, sometimes at the same time so the thread goes quiet, I see no need to leave for that reason and I very much doubt it will get closed, it's still a pretty active thread. I think this maybe more of a personal reason for yourself than the actual thread, I'd be upset if you left but don't ever feel you have to stay because of others, if you feel you need to go Atcha, then go go go ! I will keep in touch with you for sure, sad news though..

They look great, clever idea to hammer them flat, I like hammering things myself
She is away on business again in Scotland, it's only for 3 days though
@Lannie, think I'm one to a few winning juices here, the Breakfast waffles and the Harvest Berry Cheescake (Graham Cracker) Need to steep them first but pretty excited about these 
Claptons came out today, just TOO much for me everyday, to much vapor, even would you believe to much full on flavor, I'd have to mix less really. Back to my 24g 9 wraps 3mm, still great flavor just a little more relaxed, still 75w though lol yup yup, as I'm typing, this Berry Cheesecake is nioce
