I just discovered Amazon's payment/money transfer service. It's very slow, but has no fees - yet. I imagine they turn the money over a couple of times, but if you're not in a hurry and don't want to pay PP's fees, Amazon works fine.

My brother works for Amazon in Seattle and he told me their rate is 3%. Someone has to pay the shipper or the shippee I believe.
