Yeah, I want to work on some of my gear/build coils and what-not but, feel kinda lazy today...![]()
I'd rather be doing that. Right now I'm taking a break from power washing.

Is that like power walking?I'd rather be doing that. Right now I'm taking a break from power washing.

Speaking of gas.
Got pinto beans on stove.
Pork chops thawing.
Bavarian Sauerkraut.
Garden tomatoes
And will have cornbread.
I just like the idea of less wear and tear on the threads of the 510.To me the only advantage of the FT topfill toppers is that you can put another 1.5 of mills or so of juice in them.
or on a side by side mod like the Kato or Knight, etc you can fill without removing them.
One reason why I use a serpent on my Kato's.
Been using pretty much 1 STM on one Kbox Mini mod for 11 months now and no thread issues yet.I just like the idea of less wear and tear on the threads of the 510.
Good to know. Guess I'm overly concerned about it then.Been using pretty much 1 STM on one Kbox Mini mod for 11 months now and no thread issues yet.
Yeah I USED to have the same concerns on the threads....
As far as the STM goes a new base is only around $5 at FT.Good to know. Guess I'm overly concerned about it then.
I gots 4 of those just in case.Top-Fill or not, I usually still take Tanks of my mod to fill.. Its these crappy 510 connectors some companies are using that gets me. My new, barely used, SDNA 75 needs to be replaced because the threads are already janky...
Gotta order those Heat Sinks...
You gonna have any leftovers tomorrow night? If I drive as fast as possible, I might be able to get to your house by tomorrow night... YUMMY!Speaking of gas.

I only have one top-fill tank (Just Fog) and that's OK, but everything else I own is bottom fill. I do not, however, understand this worry several of you seem to have about wearing out the 510 threads. I unscrew my tanks from the mod upside-down and leave the coil assembly on the mod, fill the tank, then tip the mod upside-down again and screw it back together. The 510 threads are rarely ever used. Is this different than the rest of you?I just like the idea of less wear and tear on the threads of the 510.
