What time did you order yours? I believe they started with 300 of them. I bought mine as soon as they went on sale at 10am on Wednesday. I received my delivery confirmation number later that night. I just checked, there are 52 left...Maybe they are backed up with orders.....I wouldn't panic just yet, although I know how it goes.....we want it now!

Anyone else who order the other day still waiting for a shipping notice? Got the order confirmation, but no shipping notice. All my previous orders I got a shipping notice the same day. hmmm?

I think I remember having this issue before. All that matters is what the website says. If it says you have an order processing then there is nothing to be concerned about at all.

I've waited a few days to post about mine.

I got it and didn't immediately break it out, because I was low on juice. Didn't want to run out. Then I found another 30ml bottle in the fridge that had dropped down out of sight, so I tried it. Ummm. Underwhelming. Lots of vapor, but no flavor, and cool (almost cold) temperature. Not my preferred vapor. I emptied it out and have been using my trusty atties until this morning. I watched the video again and, because I'm an old man and have old man eyes, broke out a lighted magnifier to tweak the wick and coil. It didn't seem that far off ideal, but I played a little. Then I put a couple mls of my juice into it and tried it out.

Woah.

Lots of flavor. Maybe too much flavor. Warm vapor, and tons of it. I'm typing this in a cloud. I think I've got the hang of this now, at least enough to use it.

Well I think my wick has finally broken in. The flavor and vapor is outstanding. Changing flavors is very easy to do. So far I am slowly starting to fall in love with this thing. My only fear will be changing my next wick and trying it without the insulator. But we shall see.

I can finally say though that this blows cartos out the door in terms of flavor and a good throat hit. I can easily distinguish the filler material with cartos vs the ZAP. Just a nice, clean vape.

FYI this is not the stock wick. I'm using some 500 ss mesh wrapped in 32 g kanthal at 1.8 ohm.

Did you pinch the ends of the wick or leave them open??

I found I get better flavor with them open, I thought maybe to pinch the top one if my theory doesn't pan out...but so far so good. I really struggled with the provided wick, so I used a 325 and kept the ends open. The stock one had both ends pinched and is now in the trash.

If you clipped the ends of stock wicks would it improve them?

The thing is, with too much of a straw wick, your juice will overwick and you will get a kind of burnt, dark sludgyness in yer juice towards the end of the tank. If your juice starts turning dark at all and tasting a bit differently yoll know whats up.

Anyways 500 is really the only mesh you can do this with, ive done it with 400 between two blocks of wood, but 200 is too stiff

Thanks.....if that happens I'll close the top of the wick off.

Wow, I came into this thread just to browse, and find the solution to a problem I noticed I was beginning to have. I guess I'll close my wick up a bit :D

Thank you!!

sadly the wicks zen supplies are garbage....they are just not dense enough.....if you vape 70pg/30vg liquids solid wicks are the way to go. high vg juices, a more straw like wick is better.

see the thing is the zen wicks don't wick, they drain. there is not enough mesh material to facilitate capillary action. the more mesh you cram into a given space the better the capillary action is

They're actually sold out, if you try to add one to your cart. I was keeping track of them over the weekend. Add 999 to your cart and see how many they adjust.. that gives you a good figure of what they have in stock. Watched it go from 180~ to 0 in a couple of days. They lasted longer than expected!
