Guys, I think it's going to be a little while yet. He ordered one io6 atty a few days ago, but then the good ol' program of stamps.com changed up his address, he let me know today and another just went out earlier today.

Now that i have it, i06 Pyrex d/t I'll have to suss it out tonite.
Like the 306, the Pyrex are made to cover the barrel, not fit into a sleeve with an o-ring where it's all tight. Pyrex is a trick to get right every time and on the site he doesn's guarantee fit for every 306 brand. They also have to be thicker as well.
I notice that there is some air coming in from the bottom a bit but if i vary the depth it goes down and snuggle it around I might get the air tight fit. Even so it vapes fine; of course drips niceley.
and John always offers a free 3ml of his juice with each order... enough to get through the fiddling; heheh

What's cool about the Pyrex d/t and i06: you can see the coil get red when it's ready for more juice.
I was doing that with the black delrin d/t... which i usually take off to drip; fire it just to see - if the coil is red, it's ready for a full drip load.
With that pyrex, i have to push it down about 3/4 way to get a tight fit for that nice slightly tight draw the i06 gives.

Mine does NOT fit perfectly ... but it does work great. It's a little wobbly even pushed down, but the vape is still great because even that little bit of extra air is not bad. I do get tight vapes at least 50% of the time but I'm still fiddling with it.
At least I don't have to take the tip off to drip like i did with the black delrin.
I guess each Pyrex d/t may be a little different, and ymmv.
Why do I buy Pyrex?
1. juice goes down fast and stays down
2. cool vape; not hot
it says in stock soon on the site so preorder for now. well these i06 attys are just fantastic so im gonna give it a shot. Thanks Uke for the feedback my friend
