Hey, y'all!

I ordered a eGo 1000 mah passthrough Saturday? Friday? Monday? Something like that. Got it yesterday or the day before. Well, my cat, being a cat, knocked it off the desk today and it quit working. I emailed Cignot just to see if possibly they had a replacement plan or warranty or something. I told them in my email what happened, and told them that I would buy another if they didn't.

They're getting another in the mail to me, along with an envelope so that I can return the first. They are wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough.

glad to hear. i have orderd 3 ego-t kits from them along with a dozen or so attys and one extra battery. all have worked great except one 650mah battery i got a week ago just stoped working this weekend. i havent had a chance to email vicky (will do asap) yet but im sure she will take care of me. not sure why the bat stoped working though. i was working on minute then i sat it down for a sec and when i picked it back up and it wouldnt fire. the light wont come on and if i try to charge it the light stays green? im sure it was a manufacturing defect so no biggie. i have had nothing but wonderful customer service from cignot threw each of my orders and have recomended them many many times on this site and any place ive had the chance. thank you cignot (Vicky) for providing such wonderful customer service!!

update:

my wife emailed Vicky about the dead battery and of course we got a reply that she was sending a new battery and an envelope to send the old battery back. that couldnt be easier for the customer and is really appreciated. this is why i will only buy ego parts from cignot! i highly recommend cignot to anyone looing for anything they sell. i have praised cignot many times on this forum and have recomended them to many friends and family memebers and will continue to do so. Thank you Vickcy for above and beyond customer service!

I have to agree with the service they provided me as well. I wanted something that was out of stock, emailed them, they responded back within an hour! This was late sun nite, ordered, and shipped out mon morning!
Have heard alot of praise about Cignot customer service...its well earned!

Love them.When i ordered my ego kit it was about 4:30 and they got it in that days mail.Since i live about a hour away got it the next day.

I love cignot. I have bought 2 eGo-T kits from them and everything worked awesome. Vicky is truly an awesome person and responds very fast to any emails you send her regarding questions or customer support. One of the kits i ordered was shipped THE SAME DAY!!!
