Yeah the tank is great, I'm super glad someone came out with an updated Avocado so soon. But it's the coils that I'm really hoping turn out to be revolutionary. Not that I rebuild that often anyway, I chain vape, but still have no reason to re-wrap a coil more than every 2-3 months. But the notches feel like the future, they're what I want vaping to move toward. A great performing, completely consistent, dead-easy coil that can swap in and out in a flash. Super excited to try one out, though I think the first thing I'll be doing is ripping the cotton out and replacing it with rayon.

yeppers! Rayon pulls 100% VG from my Avocado very well. I still have about 3/4 of my box-o-rayon (cellucotton) from sally's and will have to cut some more strips when the Theorem finally gets here. pretty excited for the coming vape mail!!!

Not Legit wismec notch coils. They have them on Angelcigs.com too. So they're "clones" so to speak but considering its machined SS, I don't see why they wouldn't work as well. Unless they didn't flash weld the leads or something.

How do you know they are not legit wismec coils? vapesourcing is where I got my theorem from... I think... It's in transit? If they are selling fake coils, they have gone to an elaborate level to do it. If I got scammed by them, my hat is off to them. Cheers, vapesourcing.

Angelcigs has this on their site:

They made these coils for the ijoy tornado but they fit the theorem. So, yeah. Not legit

I'm not following. What does angelcigs have to do with vapesourcing? Obviously, there are wismec notch coils being made because they include them with the atty. Do you have some inside information that Wismec is not offering the notch coils outside those they are including with the atty? I guess i'll find out for sure when my tank and extra coils show up... hopefully.lol If what you are saying is true (and I'm not questioning your honesty), vapesourcing is done as a supplier because they are marketing the extra coils as Wismec notch coils.

In between poker games (hey, everyone has to make a living some how:lol:), I checked my tracking# and my theorem has arrived in NY. Delivery date is scheduled for 3/27. Yay! I am now wondering is Wismec is sending fake coils with my tank. I don't who's on first, but I am fairly certain what is on second.:D

Ok, so, wismec is not sending the fake coils. They are their own legit coils. The reason they aren't selling the coils by themselves yet and only packaged with the theorem is because they haven't finished mass production yet. But jaybo said they will sell the notch coils individually but they will be leaving China probably in the next 2 weeks to a month max. He said all of this in the comments section of pics he has on Instagram. So, Angel cigs, vapesourcing, and fastech, can't have the legit notch coils because they haven't left the wismec production floor yet. All of this info was said from Jaybo himself.

Cool! thanks for the info. As I said, on the vapesourcing site, they list them as Wismec notch coils without question: Wismec Theorem RTA Notch Coil(5pcs) 6.7USD | VapeSourcing. Apparently, they are hawking fake coils. I am writing an email to them to confirm this. Again, if this is the case, I have a problem with vapesourcing and intend to spread the word.:)

I emailed Vapor Dna today and asked if they actually had the theorem in their possession and this is the reply I got:

"Yes, we have the Theorem in stock and is ready to ship. We actually
sold out of our first batch and received our second one today. It is
popular, so if you plan on purchasing, I suggest that you do it soon
before it sells out again.

Please be aware that we have a 24-72 hour processing time. Therefore,
I cannot guarantee that your order will ship next day (it is highly
likely but I cannot make that promise). It is dependent on when you
place your order and the volume of orders we receive since we process
orders in the order they are placed.

Sincerely,

Suzie
VaporDNA Customer Service Team"

So I think Angelcigs is lying to us. Angelcigs said they will ship next week. I'm contemplating cancelling the order.
VaporDNA is totally reputable. I pre-ordered and if everything goes right I'll get it about the same time I would if I ordered now from a US company. I promised myself I would never pre-order again but I just got so excited I couldn't help myself! Thx for the info.

Thx for doing that and I'd love to see their reply because I ordered a pak with my Theorem, as well. However, dansus might have a point there; the coils were developed at Joyetech (says Jaybo) and maybe they got enough manufactured to send out with Vapesourcing's Theorem orders. IDK if it's relevant, but they're practically "neighbors".

I dont think Joytech/Wismec came up with coil design in the first place, so theres probably a third party selling Notch coils to whoever wants them. Which, by the looks of it, is just about everyone.
Jaybo talked about this. Said he walked in on one of Joyetech's meetings while they were discussing development of the notch coil. And that's when he decided to combine it with the Theorem.

I'm really on the fence about whether I should cancel my angelcigs order. Knowing my luck, I'll cancel and they'll end up shipping an hour later. But on the other hand, I really don't like that they won't give me an exact ship date. They just said "we will ship next week".... I stupidly didn't create an account before I placed the order (they should really have the option in the checkout process to create an account) so I can't see the status of my order. I just have to wait until they send an email with a tracking number.

If most other vendors got their orders in the last 2 days, why has angelcigs not gotten theirs yet? Plus, I don't know how long it will take for the refund to show up in my checking account and the hubby won't let me order another until the money shows back up in our account. I guess I'll just bite the bullet and wait it out. But this whole thing has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never order from AngelCigs again because I feel like they haven't been honest from the start.
Sorry you're going through some anxiety on your order. I use to order from Angelcigs but started hearing complaints from people. I've had my share of negative experiences here and there. Did you order from the USA warehouse? Not that I know if that makes a difference.

Log on and check it out. I was just on their site after receiving the 30%off email.
They are a very reputable company.
Can't speak for who is getting played.
So far, I'm trusting my Vapesourcing order but I'm seeing other members running into some issues. I hope it works out for them. All we can do is follow the chronological order of completed production and shipment dates and hope that it follows common sense.

I've been looking at this, but I'm not quite sure why: I'm new to building/wicking, never had experience a tank where the liquid is at the bottom, and it looks like the tank is fit/held together by O-rings.

I don't "need" this tank, right? ;)
"To be or not to be....?" I would wager to say that most of us don't "need" half our tanks. Some are collectors, some are plain obsessed, some are searching for the "perfect" tank, some are shopaholics, ad infinitum. If I had the credentials to follow my own wisdom (which I do not because I, too, am obsessed) I would say that most of these tanks are sufficient to keep us from smoking and that's why we started vaping in the first place.

So after a day with this thing I gotta say it's a very nice atty. Will definitely need to drop my nic content. Thing hits like a truck. Very very good build quality. Orings keep everything on very tightly, but you do need to keep in mind that it works much like an rda. Don't pick up your mod by the top cap, it could come off if your mod is heavy enough and the orings are well lubricated. I will say this though, after a days worth of use, I can pick up a Reuleaux DNA 200 with the drip tip and shake it and nothing comes apart.
Flavor is outstanding (on par with a clapton) and these coils ramp up immediately. The atomizer is slightly taller than a goblin mini. I was surprised at that.
Have 2 more coming, I was that impressed with it.
and where are you ordering from, may I ask?
