I bought one today (found a new local vape shop close to home!) and I've put two tanks of juice through it so far.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a single coiler, and always have been. I like a tighter draw but I still lung hit, so naturally I saw the reviews on this tank and thought it would be right down my alley. I rotate between a KFL+, a Magma clone in single coil, and a Bachelor right now. I am a fan of nickle temp control in my KFL and SS in my Bachelor.

I decided to trust Jaybo and threw this thing on my mod without cleaning it. The form factor is absolutely without a doubt the best atomizer I've ever used. I don't even notice it in my pocket on top of my SX mini. No, I can't take it out with me without a juice bottle, but it's so easy to fill that I could care less.

I did (and still am, a little :/) get some machine oil taste, but nowhere near as bad as other atomizers at this price point. Honestly, the flavor of this thing is good enough that I can barely taste it, but it's there.

I know some other people don't like it, but as a single coiler, I am in LOVE with the notch coil. At 40 watts I could run this thing all day on a single HG2, with HUGE clouds for a single coil, and the flavor is absolutely terrific. I was worried when I bought it that it would come apart in my pocket, but it has been rock solid so far. I will report back when I have to rewick and dry burn it, but after 2 tanks there isn't any build up at all.

The pre-installed wicks are GIGANTIC. I don't even know that I could even get a single mil in the tank with all that wick. I fully plan on soaking it and rewicking with about half of what was originally installed.

The only problem I've had so far has been spit back. The drip tip that comes with is extremely short and a little tight for the wattage you need to run this thing. I attempted to use the powerful mode on my SX, and while the ramp up time was even better than before, I got what seemed to be a mouthful of juice. It's not a problem for me as I like to take long draws and I'm ok with running in normal wattage, with minimal to no spit back at all.

In short, it's been some of the best money I've ever spent on vape gear (keep in mind I'm no cloud chaser). I'll let you guys know if my opinion changes with further use!
Thx. I forgot to ask about cleaning it out. Sounds like it's better safe than sorry.

So, you're saying you think a fused 26/single coil might do the trick? Or you're saying dual verticals with 26 cores?
Getting closer to an acceptable vape for my preference. Now to just figure out the right airflow. Dual fused 26/36 n80/316l.

Dual core 26 claptons set up in dual vertical coils. Pictured in my quote is my current build.

OK I had to run out to the dentist so without thinking about it, I grabbed my Theorem set up (even tho I said it wasn't for the street) & jetted out the door (had to leave in a hurry). Several things happened- left the dentist office (vaping), stopped for some food I hate to cook (vaping), heard gunshots (vaping ... vaping), heard cars crashing (vaping WHAAAAT), watch police barreling from 4 different directions towards scene of the crime (vaping), then threw mod/Theorem in my pocket & started taking pics while waiting for my ride to return. :sneaky:

When I got back in the car (about 45 min from the time of the shooting) I hadn't realized it was in my pocket upside down. NO LEAKS!!!

DISCLAIMER~ No Theorem was harmed in the taking of these pics.

View attachment 550244 View attachment 550245 View attachment 550244 This is what happens when i leave it on the side for a little bit...btw I carry my gear in a bag so it leaked but not in my pocket.
From the pics, try this, take a toothpick or syringe tip or anything long & thin & slide it between the glass tank & wick to release some of the juice on the of your wicks. Also according to Matt's SMM's vid do that also along side your wick to allow some air in. I think that maybe too much juice is collecting above the juice well & is flooding the top where the peek insulator is & is creeping up & out the airflow. Worth a shoot.

I know some haven't been liking the notch coil but I love it. Especially in temp control. I've got one in my Indestructible right now. It was tough to fit it though. I had to kinda squeeze it together a bit and as you can see in the pic, the wick kinda had to be wrapped in front of the coil because it was so far to the edge of the deck.
(Had to screen shot my Instagram pic of it because this thing kept telling me the original pic was too large)

I'm still a huge fan of the notch coil, too. Going to dry burn and rewick it for the first time today, five days in, still fantastic flavor and just the smallest layer of gunk on the surface. Unless I get bored some day I doubt I'll ever bother putting any of my own coils in this tank.

It seems like some people were expecting it to perform like an advanced clapton of the same size, which...I guess kind of makes sense, but only if you never took even a second to think about it. There's so much less metal in the notch coil than there would be in even a regular contact coil wrapped to the same dimensions. It is most definitely not a hot cloudy vape, and shouldn't be judged that way, because expecting otherwise just means there was a misunderstanding about what its dimensions actually mean performance-wise. Its goal is maximized surface area, not maximized mass.

Was pretty excited to get this tank. I really thought the flavor on this would be second to none. But that is not the case at all. I used the build they had premade in there and it sucked! The only time the flavor was good was when I had juice in my mouth from major spit back. I'm talking spit back like never before. It's easy to build on, but the flavor can not even compare to the crown. Another unsuccessful attempt at replacing the greatest tank ever. And another tank that will just be sitting in my vape drawer of death.

Also the tank capacity is not enough. With those Hugh strands of cotton taking up half the tank.

Oh, I also love the tank, except for the filling. I would give my left nut for a second hole next to the fill hole, because the airlocking just makes it so annoying to do. If you're able to juice straight into the hole it's fine, the pressure equalizes through the wick fast enough. But if you can't reach the hole it just instantly airlocks and pools in the top level.

I'm not sure why they didn't add a second hole, especially since they could literally just have thrown a second plug protrusion on the chamber reducer and not increased the risk of leaking at all. I'm going to guess they're all filling with premium juice glass dropper bottles that easily reach the hole, because the fact that every standard plastic bottle is like a centimeter too short becomes instantly and glaringly obvious.

I have the same problem.

I rewicked with rayon & it's performing much better now. Just like you I had high hopes for this but it's just o.k.

I was shocked with th flavor output. The Crown just kills everything in the flavor department. The Clieto has been the closet to the crown so far. Every other tank has been nothing compared. Including this hype beast.

@RayRay69 just goes to show how subjective all aspects of vaping are. I have a crown and it sits a drawer. I dislike it more than my smok tank. And the cleito is a total piece of crap. I sold mine after 2 weeks. But this theorem is amazing to me and the flavor is insane.
I guess it's the same as some people like the taste of fish and some don't. Everyone's tastebuds are different.

It really does boggle my mind though how you don't like the crown. It's by far the best tank for flavor. The only thing I can think of is that the flavor is to much for you? I have tried over 10 tanks now and nothing comes close. Can different peoples taste buds be that different?

Long story short this thing is nothing but a hype beast. And I got sucked into the hype.

-Tank capacity sucks with the huge wicks makes it worse
-Not great for higher watts, spitback, sucks through juice real quick. Have to fill too too often.
-Worse spit back I have ever had with a tank. I'm getting globs of juice in my mouth.
-Not the best tank to take on the go. Need to refill to often and leaks. Not great to put in pocket.
-Flavor no where near as good as advertised. I'm gonna try different builds, just not sure if it's worth it.
-Tank is just not worth the pain in the ... it is to build. Better flavor with premade coils tanks that's so much easier.
-Drip tip is way way way to short, longer one would be better for spitback.
-Cleaning and taking out those huge wicks sucks. Juice goes everywhere. I feel like I fisted an oily whale while I'm in the process.
-Orings are a stupid color. Should of been clear or black to match more mods.

The really only good thing about this tank is that it's crazy easy to build on. Besides for that I can't think of anything else. Really have no idea how anyone would make this there go to tank. This thing is nothing but a novelty.

Feel bad you didn't like it Ray. Myself, I don't think it's a novelty at all, rather a gamechanger. I've used it three days now, have not had any spitback, any problems filling, and have actually gone a few hours without running dry, and I'm a degenerate vaper. This is the first time that I can remember that I haven't had to carry a napkin with me to combat leaking. They get mucho points from me for design:). I'm really very happy with this. As far as the color of the O-ring, well, that's just something I never thought about. Or will. I DO agree that the drip tip is short, but that's easily remedied.

This is exactly how I feel. I don't have any of the problems @RayRay69 is having. I have left it on its side for hours at a time and it doesn't leave a drop of juice anywhere. Maybe some are constructed better than others? I can't stop using it. I was an exclusive dripper for months and now I haven't even been touching my RDAs. I adore this thing. Even the o-ring colors are awesome to me. They match my mod perfectly. Total game changer for me. My only complaints are that it can be tough to fill because of the air bubble issue. But I've found titling it while I fill almost eliminates that problem. And the drip tip does suck. I put a dot mod drip tip on it and it's perfect.

As for the crown, it wasn't that it was too much flavor. It was that everything tasted the same in that thing. And it wasn't good. I hated those coils. I tried really hard to like that tank because of what everyone said about it and it just really disappointed me. I was annoyed I paid more than $2 for it lol.

I always wondered if anyone else experienced this with the Crown or if it was just me. The clouds it produces are ridiculously right up my alley but after a while, everything taste the same.

I think I need to stop riding these hype trains & just stick to what I know works for me......This sounds good in my head but I already know I'll do it again. :)
