The Platinum is set at 2.5Ω and provide a hot flavorful ride.
Going by your preference in vaping style I would recommend the Gold 510 cartos and 808 for you. They should be right up your vaping alley. I enjoy the Gold on the ego Very much over the Platinum's but that's just my preference.

I agree with Isaac Katya, these will work on the ego probably but will work better at 5 volts. I get around 60 drops on a fill.
