They more than shine they're blindingly good.

I got a 2.0 mini and a 2.5 semi 801 in today-- wow.

I tried them both on an eGo and a P16. While I can certainly more than live with the mini I'm in love with the semi. Both are superior to a standard 510 atty in taste and vapor production. All the superlatives about these attys are well earned. I don't know how long the development process was on these but man, you've nailed it. BRAVO Isaac and thank you to those who helped me earlier in this thread!

Isaac-- in post #28 you said the 2.5 might be phased out, surely you jest. I left my reaction at the music thread. I'm off to order more.

Cheers
Ohhhhhh! I see! lol The 2.5 510's is what may be going. They went, but Really took their time about it! Good thing we keep our products in air tight containers! No worries my friend. The 801 is here to stay. The building of the exterior was a cinch, but precisely focusing on the internals was a pain, but as always, with time comes greatness. I been using the 2.0 306 for the past couple of days and went back to the Mini801 just earlier and was just blown away and felt the urge to hit myself lol. It still amazes me on how much flavor really are in juices till you find the right combination. Cheers my friend and Thank you!
just checkin in to say, it's STILL firing GREAT! holy crap! it's like the best broken in atty you've ever had and it fires like new every time :) no more HG RN's for me.

iken don't ever change the design or i might have to mama slap you lol

ps - still haven't tried the LR 801, but i did put a 2nd 2.0 901 into rotation so i can everclear one every now and then. works great with a quick soak and blow out.

one of the best things is it works great on any battery. even my crap 901 autos that i thought were surely past their lifespan. i'm calling it my va' voom attie :)

oh wow i might have to order one of those. i have a 510 connection on my precise, but haven't used a 510 on it, because 510's always tasted burnt to me.

issac, remind me that i need one of those ;)

Check you out Mama! Still rocking it out like no tomorrow! That's so great that it's still going solid and your a serious vaper to boot! Haha That's why 2.0 is a real good spot to be at. You still get that nice strong sweet feeling without sacrificing any battery. Don't buy anything yet till you try out that 801! Your going to Love it! Don't forget to re-primer it first because you keep neglecting that poor thing LOL. I don't how you do it Mama.

... as long as the SLB 510s at 3.5Ohm remain, I'll be happy.

I believe the 2.5s were only 0.3Ohm in the difference and hence why they remained shelved for so long, or containerised.

That's true, word's just not getting out on how they're the equivalent of LR 1.5Ω on 3.7V as 2.5Ω on 5V.

lol b/c i'm tired of having 1/2 crapped atomizers laying around, so i'm using them till they die now :p the RN's might have lived a long life, but they got pretty miserable to vape along the way.

the 2.0 901 gives great performance and no need to park it! i think it likes getting fired up myself

An update:

Since then I've discovered that the 2.5 801 isn't enough for me. When I originally posted I didn't realize I was suffering an ailment that affected my taste buds and throat sensitivity. The 2.5 would be a fine atty for me at about 4.2 volts.
(Isaac, is a variable voltage in IkenVape's future? I've got a bunch of these 2.5 ohm attys crying out for one:) )

The 2 ohm 801 is perfect for me, I just ordered some -- I only have one.
Please send all your good vibes to my lone, special atty. It must last until the reinforcements arrive!!

I use a BE112 and 801 SLB on my 510 to 801 adapter. It is the small silver adapter not the Black one....will the Mini 801 threads fit on this adapter. I ask because I bought a 302 and it would thread all the way down but my 112 and 801SLB fit great. After the 302 incident, I am skittish but I really want to try the Mini 801.

Anyone???

Hey sandyk, I know what you mean about the 302, it's different than other penstyle atties. The Mini is simply a much shorter version of the 801, same threads, and has worked with every 801 adapter I own.

Btw, do you have a link for the specific 510-801 adapter you are using?

Thanks for the info.

Here is the link to the PV adapters:

PV Adapters

The other question I had was when I looked at Ikenvapes shop, the PV adapter....shows three adapters...was going to order but don't know what they adapt to...there was no drop down...

My bad, Sorry.

Is there a certain way I should store my extra attys and cartoss that I have?

With atties it depends. If they are brand new and unused, then no, since most atties come with a primer already applied.

If you are storing a previously used atty for a longer period of time, it's a good idea to make sure it stays moist. Simply clean it by blowing the liquid of the atty and add a couple of drops of plain PG or VG until you are ready to use it again. It's been said that atties should not be stored completely dry for a longer period of time.
