You can stretch the silicone sleeve further down towards the wicks. The wick hole being too big will cause flooding (I know this because I made mine bigger intentionally)

I am loving the flavor on mine, but having problems with it gurgling and leaking onto the battery. Fine for about 4-5 draws and then gurgle, gurgle. Same coil, new coil...everything is tight and I use a thick juice. I take the cap off to release any pressure, blow it out and stick a rolled corner of a kleenex up it's rear to soak up juice. Good to go for 4-5 more draws then the process repeats. Flavor and vapor are great, can't complain there at all. Just keep getting gurgling and seemingly over wicking I've tried both standing the battery on end and laying it down. Even with less than half a tank I'm having problems. Still it's too good flavor and vapor wise to put it away, lol.

Everything but my shorties are giving me fits this week. Stressful week, so it's about par for the course.....

That's happened to me a few times right after I refill it. Other than that no problem with gurgling. Someone suggested to blow into the mouth piece. I do and it helps.

I echo your sentiments about this. No matter what I do, I get liquid coming down the post in all 3 Kangers I own. It doesn't give a burnt taste, but more of a darker taste if you know what I mean.
