I just wanted to share a little..well AMAZING thing.
I just hit 80 days of no cigs.
For the last 8 months prior before quitting my gums were a mess! I would be in so much pain by end of the day, I would seriously sometimes force myself to go to bed to stop the pain. I was always running my tongue over them, using oragel, taking L- lysine, couldn't bite an apple because blood would be left behind (eeww)..putting off a dentist appt. for fear of being told I had gum disease.
I am happy to report that within 2 weeks of vaping my gum problems completely disappeared!
We all know the bad effects of smoking but I never made the connection between the two.
Anyway..idk why I wanted to tell y'all that but... there it is.

Wow, great news. Smoke long enough and some folks will loose all(to partial) their teeth if cancer doesn't get you. Again, good show.
