Thinking of going with an Ego but have newbie questions

Most of my analog smoking was while driving, so I am looking for a ecig that I can use while driving. I am thinking of the Ego, will it work well in this situation?

Do 510 cartomizers work with an Ego or do I need another type of cartomizer for this?

Welcome Spyder. Hold on!!!!!!! If you only intend to use it while driving, you're wasting money on an eGo battery. Here's a 5V car lighter adaptor for $9.00 (scroll down):

And here's a USB passthrough (manual, with a botton to turn it on) for $15.00 that you can plug into the car adaptor. Screw the atomizer or cartomizer onto the other end of the passthrough:

You'll never have to charge a battery, and it's 5V rather than the 3.7V you'll get from a battery. The only drawback is the 3-foot cable, but I use it all the time without much trouble.

Cartomizers are great for driving; they're so much easier to swap out while driving.

TV is good for cheapo parts, (and heavenly for juices) as is puresmoker (not sure if they have their deal on egos running still), or my fave cingnot.com.
I have used cartos on my eGo but Im with SirV in that I found I preferred regular atties and dripping lol

I wish I had started right off with the eGo system due to the all day battery life. But this whole experience so far has been trial and error in discovering what vaping is all about, and the flavors and systems that I prefer. Had I made no mistakes I would never fully appreciate how pleasurable it is to have the right mix that tastes right and performed right. The discovery process is fun.
