...I've been vaping regularly for a while now and am just about ready to take my vape to the next level and am seriously, seriously (like an evic in my virtual shopping cart multiple times and me with my CC info all entered and my mouse hovering over the complete order icon) ready to take the plunge.

So, I have a couple questions before I take this plunge...maybe this is my way of procrastinating or over thinking it, but it's a chunk of change (literally a chunk of change...I'll be cashing in some of my spare change jar to fund this).

- I primarily use the Protank right now. How's the experience with an evic / Protank combo been for yall? I do have a good stock of coil heads in a variety of resistances.
- I just picked up a Vivi Nova...same question as above?
- Same as above and above, I do have a DCT en route (will constantly checking USPS tracking make it come sooner?)...

So, basically, I've got some options for the evic.

In the near future, I would like to get into RBAs, but that's still a bit off (I would like to burn through my stock of coils first).

Any tips, thoughts, or other info I might need (pros / cons), feel free to share.

Thanks in advance ;)

What can I say,
after reading a lot before ordering my evic i read a lot and lots of people say is not a rock solid feel, knowing that i ordered mine to have some fun but is going to be at my desktop only, is really feels like a cheap MOD not heavy solid like my vamo, the ring dial feels so dam cheap that i know eventually will die my ring dial have a wierd grind feel to one side and that grind have hold the dial in that direction couple of time, nothing big just a little tap ands went back to center,

looks very pretty, i ordered in chrome with a spare black body, i like how looks with battery tube in black and top cone in chrome, dont take me bad i liked mine but doesnt have the wow factor when i first opened the box. I still liked and vapes awesome. But as i said will be for use at my desktop only and not a carry out to everywere..

Hopes this help.. From 5 stars w will give 3.5 because of the cheap felling.

Thanks, DaxFX. This is the good info from an eVic owner that I wanted to see. I would be using this as my relaxing at home PV and not taking it around. I've got some eGo Twists for that purpose. Would you recommend a vamo over the eVic?

Well if we look bang for the price yes, you can get the vamo at very low price around $30 at fasttech, if you want high power then yes vamo again, both have their own look, if you want a pretty cool gadget to play around then the evic, in all my clearomizer and toppers i have i dont have any power issue im a 6w-8w vaper so both works great on all my style of attomizer, even my RDA dripper is working perfect on the evic at 2.0ohm and my evods at 1.8ohm. For sure the evic looks better and you can customize with bodies, top ring etc and as you can see in the photo the shorty version of the vamo is almost the same as the evic. The vamo is BIIIIIIIIIIGGG. im using it on shorty version.

So i cant tell if vamo is better or not because that will depend on what are you looking for. I liked both in fact im looking noe for the vmax v3 or the inoking svd to add on my collection, here goes my wallet agai..

Something true is no matter wich one you buy, Evic, vamo, vmax, svd, sid, tesla, etc etc all of them are electrical mod that will dont last forever.. Hmmmm that make me think on a provari too. If you really want a lifetime mod then jump to a mechanical.

Hope this help to you.

I've also looked into the innokin svd. The place where I would be ordering has the eVic and innokin as their only options. Thanks again for the second round of advice.

I love your signature line. I am an English teacher and have had to solve some tough English, and I'm getting pretty darn good at it. ;)

I think my next one will be the innoking svd. I like the easy way of more than one button like my vamo, i vape, if is too hard then one click and bring down, read ohm one click, check battery 1 click, everithing with one click, that is wy i love my vamo, also the evic you can do everithng on main screen you dont need to go all over the menu to change things the v1.2 and over on evic you just twist and hold one side and change from vv to vw and you have all info needed in main screen so im dont use the evic menu at all a big plus on evic so easy to change things. Twist and hold to the other side and you change what to display.. I think i will bring up me evic rating from 3.5 to 4. From a 5 star rating. In fact the onlu thing i dont like is the cheap feeling of the crappy ring. The grind feel is faiding away and feels a bit more smoothan my firsts use of it.

I hope I have enough will power to keep it at home. I think I will. I have two eGo twists that are little rock stars. Love your avatar pic by the way...

i love my evic - congrats!

just be careful not to drop it lol.. i'm sure you have seen the horror stories.

I use it strictly at home in the rooms that have rugs :)

Thanks all for chiming in on my indecisiveness....well, swaying me actually. The eVic arrived today, and I've been rocking some awesome vapor and am completely enamored with the puff counter and puff timer. Puff #283 was 6.9 seconds. This also came with some other juice orders...yeah, today was an awesome day. Up next for my list of gadgets...back up battery and a charger.
