I try my best to make Max VG and in my opinion I see no reason for thinning the VG. I have no problems with wicking or filling but I am one of the few. 92% VG is as high I have made myself.

Indeed. I think my mixes as is sits are around 70/30 but I want to try vg base nic and vg concentrate which would make complete vg.
I've used some prebought 100% vg eliquid and it's thin enough for my type of vape which is tight draw and small juice flow.

I think they must use distilled water to achieve this.

What kind of equipment do you use for the 92%?

Just as long as distilled water is safe, ill give it a go.:thumb:
I'm not really big on using absolutes such as 'safe' but DW is used in medically prescribed breathing treatments so I'm ok using it. As to one reason why (besides thinning), IMO it helps flavors to meld and blend faster and better than without.

I have used 92% VG in a Nautilus Mini. No matter what I use MAX or High VG in all my equipment and never have problems. Although with a tank like the Melo III Mini I do find it tends to vapor lock and I need to loosen the cap so the bubbles come out of the coils holes. That is not from the liquid because as soon as you let air in the wicks fine.
