Well let's just have a girls pity party LOL! I can be the designated snow plow driver since I don't drink!

Thanks TT! Yep Tracy and Fran, 5-8" snow, then ice, then rain here. I wouldn't mind it so much if MIL didn't expect every square inch of the drive and perimeter of the house dug out. She had a wall eyed fit on one of our neighbors last time because they blew some snow onto our yard

Dang gurls, I'm so sorry to hear about that bad weather.

I'm going to be my normal, usual sweet self and not even mention what the weather is like and is going to be like here this week.

And if any excess sunshine spills over onto my land from my neighbors land, I'm going to go yell at him.

But I'll yell quietly because he's pretty big.

And he's also the Judge.

TT

Banning e-cig's, snow in March and icy roads, flooding basements ... you guys sure do make me happy I live in Texas.

But I promise not to discuss sunshine or warm weather this morning. Nope, I won't do it. I'm not going to make you guys feel bad.

But since I already have my shorts on I think I'll throw on a T shirt and go outside and putter around!

Should be 68* today.....That needle best get moving....68* looks unlikely......

That sequester sure didn't cut Ft. Bragg's ammo supply...I ain't complaining but it's been steady for a week.....and they probably ain't hit the target yet....

You know if a big corporation had complete control in the e-cig arena....we wouldn't be hearing all this ban stuff.....Hey......ban real cigarettes....you bass turds.....FDA??? You know for years I was falsely under the impression they had our best interests in mind...I coulda' swore they were there too protect us....

I got up way too early....I pulled a rear end from a Ranger yesterday...8.8, 4:10 limited slip, 4X4....cost me $100....Car dealer from Wilmington drove up for it at 9am....$300 cash...The art of the CraigsList hustle....

After all that I pray it does hit 68*...Watch me pull a TT and hit the yard for a nap....Paid and sitting in the sun power NAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, no time to stay and back read but I wanted to share some pretty good news that I found.
bbl

I've been informed (by an attorney representing a large e-cigarette company) that the FDA still hasn't even sent the "deeming" regulation (or the additional regulations that FDA plans to impose on e-cigs) to the Office of Management and Budget to sign off on (or to send back to FDA requesting changes), which is required for all new federal regulations before they can be officially proposed.

OMB typically signs off on (i.e. approves) new regulations several months before they are officially proposed.

Thus, I'd be surprised if the FDA's "deeming" regulation is proposed before May or June (if its ever proposed at all).

And since Mitch Zeller just replaced Lawrence Deyton as Director of the FDA's Center for Tobacco Products, I strongly suspect that Mitch would want to carefully analyze whatever draft deeming regulation (and other e-cig regulations) that were drafted under Deyton's leadership.

I'd still like to know why the FDA decided to replace Deyton with Zeller. Margaret Hamburg's letter announcing Deyton's resignation also announced Zeller as his successor, indicating that Zeller had been chosen as Deyton's successor before Deyton resigned, indicating that Deyton was forced out.

Bo Your MIL sounds like me. I'm always yelling at someone. I go to the top though. I went to the Comcast Corporate site and was telling them what POS they are. Now I got cable for this disabled guy for $2.74 a month.
