Good midday everyone ;)

5'er, you can bet I won't let that happen again! I bet I drank a gallon of water yesterday

Rain turned to sleet around midnight and coated everything with ice. It's melted off now, but we're in for round two I think.

Tracy, kiss your Uncle for me! Pokey...I don't want the snow, but I'll find a way to enjoy it when it does come :)

Errand time...I hate grocery shopping.

Dangitt Bob!!!!!!!

Last evening @2am it was 80* in the house....68* outside...fired the a/c for a few too make sleeping possible.....12pm now and 44* outside with rain.....Just like Mickey D's.....I ain't ahhhh luvvvin it!!!!!!!

Jinx alert!!! I Clear 30 S is still rolling vapor at an alarming rate with the 1.5 ohm head that came in it!!!!!!!! The Aspire BDC I changed out the low ohm coil pretty soon after I got it....A steady diet of Banana Split does have it coloring the juice a bit after most of a tank but still pluming the vapor as well....I ain't cleaned sheet...fill and hammer....fill and hammer...Both are excellent though I'd give my favorite nod too the 30s....Grimm Green had a pic of the new bottom coil 30B coming soon....IMO a top coil gives a little warmer and tasty vape....At any rate they're both cheap too buy and run....Easy too fill and no up keep is a big old plus plus as well.....

The Pack is on FSS at 2pm....My feed said we now have 3 starting NFL QBs....Rivers, Wilson and Glennen in Tampa....We got our azz handed too us this season....Hey we rolling in a conference with Duke, Carolina and Florida State....I'm rolling with the "Noles in the post season...

Wow been gone a couple of days... miss a lot.

I took Mrs Wharf to NYC for our 20th and then DD to Broadway (her future employer ???) for her 16th. I've always wanted to see NY but wanted to hate it.... Didn't work out, I loved it. There is something special about a big city. I grew up 1 1/2hours from SF and a lot of time there, not just Dead show but hangin' out too. The views, the parks, the people.... Like the Dead, it sings to me.

Our offices in in SF are in the financial district. My work attire is dress shirt, slacks and tie but I wear a suit there. Walking around there you can feel the energy, power and it something electric that courses though you.

Oh and I do like the country, but like Tracy said "it's a nice place to visit..." :D

You can have my part of it Wharf. I like moving around and moving fast. Especially when I drive and Driving in NYC is like watching a snail race.
I'm glad you had fun Wharf and It's always nice to share those fun times with someone you love. Hawaii is another place I wouldn't want to live in. The fastest you can go there is 35MPH no matter where you are or so my buddy that lived there told me.
Broadway has an appeal to me though. I would of loved to make it to Broadway when I was younger.

Ha 5er, we're never going to meet up. We've been to Hawaii 7-8 times. What's not to like 78-81º every day. Sunny most of the day with 20 minutes of rain every afternoon. The fastest Hwy is 50mph but the farthest you so is 30 miles :)
The weather is great and so is a visit but I'd never want to live there year around. I gotta go faster and without stopping every other block when I'm riddind a dresser down the blvd. Unless I'm lookin for wimmen and I quit lookin for women that way yrs. ago. But that's the great thing about this country, different strokes for different folks. If we all liked the same things then the open road would be congested too.

Good evening everyone!!!

Happy 20th Mr & Mrs WharfRat!!! I'm like you Wharf, I enjoy the buzzing energy of the big cities, but like I said, to visit. Glad you enjoyed yours. :) I also do not like to be out in the middle of no where. That scares me tons. I guess I watched one too many horror flicks as a teen. I like to have neighbors within yelling distance if need be!! lol

I would love to send you some of my friendship bread 5er! Anytime.

My visit with my Uncle was very nice. He makes me laugh so much. We always have a good time!

I'm just happy that everyone is happy and having a good holiday season wherever you are. Big city, small burg, on an island, or in the middle of the ocean on a houseboat. Just be safe and have the time of your life because you only get to do it once.

Thank You Tracy, I might take you up on that offer some day.

Well said 5c!

Tracy, I have been enjoying the mp3 player...give daughters hugs  Is the Friendship bread the one you have to have the starter for?

Fran, I finally got my Snickerdoodle juice from your sweet gift certificate! She has a 6 to 8 week waiting time  Thank you so much!

You are quite welcome! Yes, it's the bread, that's really more like cake, that requires the starter. Luckily, I can "start the starters" too. :) I will send one your way too if you'd like?! :) (a finished bread, not the raw dough)

How is that snickerdoodle???

Joc is at college bored out of her mind bc she did everything required, early. Just waiting on a final exam, and of course her field placement and work to button up this week. Then she comes home on friday night for Christmas break for a month. She is not at all happy with her off campus apartment and has decided to commute next year if she can line up her field placement locally. Cross your fingers for her please?

L is with her boyfriend at her work Christmas Party/Dinner. It's 45 minutes away so you KNOW I won't be sleeping until she comes through the door!

As for me, I think I will be taking some Nyquil before bed tonight. I feel like I might be catching Maddie's cold.

Stupid furnace is still making me do my cardio by climbing the cellar steps a few times per day. lol With this colder weather we're having, it's not as easy as it was, but still do able. :)

I would love that!! I haven't even used my bread machine in the last year.

The snickerdoodle's legend is bigger than the juice...frankly our DIY cinnamon roll is better. I started adding about 5 drops per 20ml of fresh cream to the recipe and it really brings the flavors together! Takes that sharpish bite out of the cinnamon :)

Awww, feel better Tracy! Make Bo take the night furnace shift!

Wharf congratulations on the anniversary and your baby's 16th....

Tracy hope everything come together for the commute thingy....Hoping all goes well down at the party as well....Tell that boy he don't wanna meet Uncle Dee.....

The big city....I'm in and out as dang fast as possible....Growing up in the woods I thought was horrible....Living in a big city a couple of years though....well I live in the woods again and that's where I'll stay...I always find great peace when I know my feet are standing where few ever have or likely ever will...Plus you never know when you may need a good place too hide the body...

The temps are sucker doodle....Not up too my requirements....Gun show tomorrow looking 25 acp bullets for my Grandad's pistol....and a magazine for it as well...Home Depot maybe as I need a Shark Bite crimping tool and they are the only local source....

Good meeting today with my friend and his wife...She's the one with the pancreatic cancer...All is good on that front....

Mom.....She has a hanging light in her living room....Let me tell you getting unexpectedly skulled by that thing is not nice...It's been acting funny and I tore into it,,,,actually I just removed a couple of globes and tried another bulb...It sounded like there was a short in the bulb or socket area,,,Switched on and turned around too flames shooting out of the socket....Was an epic OH SHEET!!!! moment...The bulb was completely black from the three seconds it was on....We getting a new light....One that doesn't meet me at forehead level....Revenge will be mine....stoopid light!!!!!!!!
