I tend to stay away places like CyberpowerPC as they tend to mark up prices on the components. I use pcpartpicker to make my builds as they auto search the web for the best prices on each component (including shipping cost). You can save your builds and track price changes to get the best possible prices.
I did my math.
At the time, all the parts + shipping from 3 suppliers (to get the best prices) was $1150 with an OS, with onmy a MFG warranty
Cyberpower was $1100 shipped with a 3 year warranty

I never thought I would have gone with them, till I spent hours of research, and concluded it was the better deal

Five...RW led my WolfPack too more than a few victories...For reasons unknown too me he left for his senior year...The coach was fired at the end of this season...there was something fishy about all that..The pro game takes some adjusting...IMO RW will become a big star in the NFL...

He went to baseball for awhile when he left LD. He isn't stupid either. He turned down a million dollar contract when he was 18. That would be hard to do at 18.

Everyone is talking about how cold it is. I guess the Australians are having the opposite problem with the heat setting record temps down there.

mod I got to check that place out too. I find just buying and assembling my own parts is the cheapest way because no matter what I get I know I'll be inside it within 2 days changing things.

I had my new computer open before I powered it on, rerouting cables, installing extra ultraquiet fans that cyberpower wanted $20each for. (got locally for $8)

just checked your site for the exact componants I bought in May.
Price difference (after 7 months) is still within $20 of what I paid then.

Best performance upgrade to an existing computer is either
1: Solid state hard drive
2: Video card

Other component improve performance, but SSD allows my computer to do a full reboot in 14 seconds.

I got a Intel I5 3750K
gigabyte Z77 motherboard
upgraded badass air cooler
128GB SSD
1TB WD hard drive
DVDRW
Corsair 800w 80+ power supply
16gb corsair vengeance RAM
5in1 card reader
badass thermaltake case
XFX Radeon 6970

Modrod.

Prices change all the time. Pcpartspicker just finds the best current price. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with going thru those types of companies. Some are better than others but many overcharge or have horrible CS. It's nice to have a warranty but I don't worry much about them since every component comes with a mfg warranty that's usually longer than a prepacked PC warranty.

Nice build BTW.

You guys with your super power computers should click the link in my (and Sashwa's) avatars and join our folding team. I'm sad that we don't have more of the Buzz Army computing for cancer research :(

Well I got a couple that sit idle when I'm not downloading movies and doing video stuff. I guess I could just turn them on and let them use them. I don't like anyone on this one though because I have all my important stuff on it.
That is as soon as Microsoft gets done updating.

I put an SSD in here but it didn't do anything because it already loads fast so I put it in my other PC. It did make that one faster.
