LouEyez: "Any way you would consider posting a how to on the lip activated switch?"

The circuit for the touch switch is just below the tank. Here it is with the other components, all positioned for inserting into the body of the pipe. The tank carries the current up towards the lip-activated contact of the touch switch:

And here it is in place. The air/vapour flows from the base of the tank, up through a channel into the upper chamber of the bowl - so it never comes into contact with the sealed battery:

This shows the battery, inside its holder, screwed in (ready to glue the female thread into position):

And - the two halves of the pipe body taped together as the epoxy joining them sets:

Hi slopes,
I'm not sure I understand, but thanks for posting. I'll go over it again when I'm not so tired.

Thanks

Lou

slopes, I like your design. Looks like my systems - mess everywhere, but every little resistor does what it should do :) Perfection means reliability, not beauty...

slimest, I simply do not understand your post: "mess everywhere...." this pipe and it's "guts" looks like the pefect chaos to me!
And I think it looks pretty too - even deep inside.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" :p
