Here's a schematic of the circuit I used. It would probably be good to experiment with the type of mosfet and resistors used - as this configuration (which is based on a Scubabatdan design) does get hot with heavy use.

poland, and the brassy lands of google
Wow...that pope really suits you :)

Great job.

It is still early to tell with the new Pope, he just called nuns spinsters the other day, but we can hope. :D

Slopes, that thing is masterful, beyond a doubt. If that was what was originally meant by 'dripping' I would be much more in favor of it. Even the cherry finger tap is a convincing theatric. So, is the atty routed parallel to the battery? Details are anxiously awaited, but if you don't want go public, I can certainly see the reason for that.

Bravo!

Thanks for the encouraging comments. I'm still trying to refine this mod and will post up more details when it's moved forward a bit.

asdaq - the cherry finger tap is more than a convincing theatric... the juice tends to bead up on the surface of the pad in the reservoir - so it needs a bit of a tamp down to get it absorbed. It kinda feels like the right thing to be doing with a pipe though, so it's an added bonus! :)

Slopes, would it work to take a sharp drag to suck the beaded juice in? I always try to build things finger friendly but always prefer to use tweezers or needle nose pliers so as not to have to touch the juice..

A sharp suck wouldn't work as the air intakes bypass the reservoir. The solution is to find a material with better wicking qualities than the foam I'm currently using. And/or... invest in a classic pipe tamper tool.

roadrash - Django style seemed just right for the mod.
