thats really crazy.

What's really crazy is despite all the evidence, local sale of snus is also illegal down here and if you import it, chances are you'll get hit with the same massive tax as importing smokes (around $400 per kilogram)!

Our government makes huge noises about wanting to reduce smoking rates, but then continues to do the same ineffective things it's down for the last 30 years while not allowing safer alternatives like snus and e-cigs. Luckily selling e-cigs themselves isn't illegal here, just the nic juice, but you can import it without any problems*

*Unless you live in Queensland - the health authorities there have been stepping outside of the bounds and seizing some nicotine shipments. Fortunately they aren't very good at it ;)

Seems much like the same scenario here in sg. So do you vape secretly over there too?

Luckily we don't have to stealth. There are no laws against the e-cigs themselves, only laws preventing local sale of eJuice with nicotine. Many of our health authorities try and make out that it's illegal to have nic juice at all, but the actual law doesn't agree with them. We're allowed to import for personal usage only, just can't resell.

Even better, there is a awesome company in New South Wales that makes some amazingly yummy flavored juices. We just buy them in "doublers" and mix 50/50 with imported nic juice.

Well, I don't think there is a law or something that forbids u to vape. However I would advise you not to vape openly, as u Know this being Singapore.

There is still things the government can still do to you if they want to? They could always charge u with another reason, or worse they could clamp down of us vapor harder and make our life even harder.

So the best thing for us to do is to lie low and hope not to attract too much attention to us.

Haha... This is SG we are talking about. I wouldn't be surprised if the GUV decided to bring in ISA just to curb us. *Sheesh* Talk about being paranoid...
