Normally I dont start threads for new products, but this one is so good I have to share.
I just got some new attys in the mail and I have to say , they are the best Ive ever tried.
They are the new short LR 801s that Ikanvape just came out with.
He said they would have the vapor and hit of a 510, but the flavor of the 801

I was doubtful I have to admit because the 801 has great flavor but hit and vapor not so much,

Well he was right!! This is a true drippers atty and it is amazing!

It is a Lr so needs a big bat to use it , dont stick it on a little cig style bat.
and unlike the others it is 2.0 ohm , nothing tastes burnt on this one.

If you like to drip , you might want to give this one a try.
I love this little fatty atty LOL so I just had to tell someone! LOL

lol Good idea Sal!

I just have a lowly KR8, I'm starting to get "PV envy." hahah

... You and me both. I have had nothing but bad experiences with mods thus far. I'm using a 510 atm. And a 510 5v PT. Keeps me chained to my laptop. Which keeps me here, so I guess it's not all bad!!

Not to be confused with "put it on HV". You're just saying this for battery drain? I might have to get a 510 - 801 adapter and try this out.

Not to hijack... I've only tried one, GLV 2 5V and now I can't imagine going back. I had to for a night while I waited on some new attys to come in and it was awful! Have you looked into the GLV?

First I had a protege v1.1, then I sold it and went back to my 510. Then I traded some juice for a Mr. Puffer.. then I traded the Mr. Puffer for a Silver Bullet that broke and was too powerful anyway.

When I got my PT I realized that 5v is my 'sweet spot' but I've run out of sufficient funding to get myself a 5v mod. You can probably guess that the Mr.Puffer is worth less than a Silver Bullet.. so I owe the previous owner of that 45$. The SB is currently getting fixed up. Hopefully I can sell it with a charger 2 sets of batts for 6v vaping for maybe 85$. Then I'll have 40$ left over, which still isn't enough to buy any mod complete with a charger and batts. But I'll start saving up (if I can, never been good at it) and hopefully get a good 5v mod. I'd like a mod that charges itself.. like the Tekk mod or Fistpack just so I don't have to deal with batteries. But that's sort of a pipe dream, I'll probably end up with a run-of-the-mills 5v box mod. Which is fine.. as long as it's 5v and I am not chained to the computer. Regular 510's don't do it for me much anymore.

Like I said I've only had the one mod so far, but this thing has been GREAT! Its solidly built, and works every time I push the button. 5V is a sweet spot for sure. I vape pretty much constantly all day, and the batteries in my GLV last me on average about 1.5-2 days on a single charge. Plus Jay is a great guy to work with, and stand behind his craftsmanship. Might be worth looking into... just saying.

I'm also thinking about getting a GLV mini for 3.7V. Some of my juices just taste better at 3.7V. Can use the same batteries too.

You shouldn't have any problem selling that SB. Those things NEVER last in the FS Forum. I've seen the Tekk and it looks mighty impressive.
