Where are the threads on over-vaping/nicotine dosages? I can't seem to find them. I really think I'm over-doing it with the e-cig. I vape as much as I ever smoked, but it seems that I'm getting WAY more nicotine than with analogs. I don't feel any negative health effects...yet. I've read that you are supposed to just take one puff and put it down for a while. That's defeats the whole purpose of replacing my oral fixation! I'm just curious to read what others think about this phenomenon.

I reccomend having one cig set up for nic and one zero nic that way once you get your nic-fix you can satisfy the tactile craving to smoke with the 0nic.

Buy lower nic juices or carts on your next order if this is the case.

I probably vape a little more than I smoked, so I know how you feel.
yeah..........what they said

My experience, and some recent studies back it up, is that I am getting a fraction of the nicotine from vaping as I do from analogs. I can chain vape 24mg juice for hours with no ill effect whatsoever. If I did this with regular cigs I'd feel sick as hell. I've yet to "OD" on nic from vaping, in other words, the familiar feeling that I've taken in too much nicotine.

Cool, I am glad someone else is wondering about the overload. I vape like a fiend. Will sit at the computer and fog the screen with my 801. I get a sick feeling from certain flavors, even low nic, but have not gotten the dizzy, first smoke feeling. No way can I compare this to the analog hangover I used to get.

I guess the only other worry is whether the nic will constrict my vessels so much that the oxygen to my brain may be cut off temporarily. Otherwise, my lungs feel happier and so does my overall disposition.

When i initially started vaping, I would vape 11 mg all day long, my heart would race like crazy, so I went up in mg, which satisfies my cravings more, and could un-glue the pv from my face. Now I hit 24 mg, in mornings and use 18 mg the rest of the time. But I have yet to feel the full on dizziness head rush I would feel when using an analog after not smoking one for some time. Of course, absorption rate could be the reason for this, it takes far longer for a "fix" of nicotine to hit the CNS, smoking analogs it takes about 7 seconds.

I also read somewhere that PG can cause a racing heart. Can't remember where it was, and I can't seem to find it on a search. And I have noticed a difference since cutting juices with VG versus PG.

I use more VG than nic liquid most of the time. I get more nic hit with straight high and then just get the vapor with half n half mixture. Keeps the guilt down and the happiness up. The flavors are sometimes subdued, but the cravings from smoking analogs were gone by the third day of getting my first kit. So, VG (from Michael's baking section) eases my mind for the constant vaping and possible side effects. Plus, I have not gained a pound! In fact, I have lost weight even tho the VG probably has extra calories, LOL!

All the pluses of smoking without the dangers? You bet, even on a vaping spree.
