Not a chance
I think most of us are guilty of indulging in the vaper's candy aisle, so to speak. You get that new
juice, that new
rba, that new mod... you wanna try it! A lot....
Having learned my lesson in the past I try (substantially) to limit my indulgence when possible and
always remember that I must be extra conscientious about hydration. Water, water, water. I also find that dairy seems to be particularly helpful with a sore throat, though not everyone can partake. If it's really bad I'll go for some all-natural black licorice which has mucilaginous properties that are particularly helpful. As an herbalism enthusiast I know Marshmallow and Aloe Vera are two others high on the list for soothing properties.
Another thing I've done that seems to have helped was upping my nic. I know, I know. That sounds like the opposite thing to do for some, yet for me it has helped to curb cravings while reducing my overall need to vape. Particularly, chain vape. I certainly won't recommend that others do this. It was a planned decision of mine with specific outcomes in mind. It worked. YMMV.
