Nothing. Most disturbing is the lack of response. I don't know if I should wait a little longer or contact Paypal.

Since it's been 10 days since they were supposed to ship and you have not gotten any replies via e-Mail or ECF PM, it sounds like it is time to contact Paypal.

BTW - If it turns out that it hasn't been shipped, this company is selling Mini-Lavatube Kits and they are inside the USA.

I know nothing about the company Good or Bad. Just saw the Link and thouight I would pass it along since your not having any luck with 2Smok.

I posted this on another thread but I'll repost here.

They're a legitimate business and I order stuff from them all the time. (One of the main suppliers in Portugal I'd say)
I'm absolutely sure there is no wrong doing by their part.

I also know joao, the owner had a car accident and was hospitalized until a few days ago AND is expecting the birth of a daughter (today, actually, I think)

Anyway, their deliveries and stock were affected, that I know, but I expect everything to get back to normal any time soon.

You're right and in our "home forum" in Portugal the sentiment is the same.
Fortunately some of us have other contact channels to reach them and get some more information (2smok is actually a premium store in the Portuguese Vapers forum).

But nonetheless, they are at fault, and we really hope 2smok returns to their usually service levels - they still hold a very high 97,6% approval rating within the Portuguese vaping community.
This kind of slip up is really not up to their service level standards.

Well, the Chinese and the idiotic customs explain the Lavatube (I have mine since November, luckily). Lack of communication is explained by a car accident and a week at the hospital plus the birth of a new daughter. But João, the owner, is still there - I ordered two eliquids just yesterday and they were sent to me on the spot. Really, it's a premium store with a five star owner. I wouldn't worry at all even though I can understand someone would. :2cool:

Since you have just ordered juices from his store, can you help us pass our concern to him.

Ok, I will. I don't know him personally except for speaking on the phone or by email or PM, things like that. He hasn't been to the Portuguese forums lately but I know what's been happening. This has been expressed there but not in its own thread, so what I can do is open a thread about the thing and hopefully he'll read it and do something about it. I do understand the concern.

UPDATE: I've just left a message at ptvapers expressing the concern and hoping João will read it. I haven't sent him an email or something just because you people already have. Hoping all will be well soon for everybody's sakes.

Finally, I also sent him an email. Let's hope he reads it, replies and does something about it. As for my juices, I got them yesterday, that is the following day as usual. The new Halo Midnight Apple: five stars as usual, I just think the people at Halo should try and drastically reduce the scent that comes with their vapours, since one of the things that makes people accept ecigs is the fact that there is no lingering smell and those smells aren't pleasant for everyone no matter how great their liquids are tastewise. I also bought a 30 ml bottle of Joyetch's MAB, which I'd never tried. I thinks it's a good replacement for Prime 15 when it's out of stock, even though Prime is definitely better in ways.

Hello again. I just checked the site and noticed 2smok already has the thundervolts (lavatubes) available, safe for the minis. Hopefully no one here has chosen a mini...
Have not log in for somedays.... By the way why they have the time to update their web site and not answering our queries????!!! Monies have been paid and not a single update on our order status!

Well, I'm not really sure how well João has been recovering from the crash. I must say he hasn't answered my email either nor has he said anything at ptvapers. All that is weird and not like him at all. I would have said something somehow, I suppose, unless it were really hard. At least, the tubes aren't in the customs anymore, which means customers must be getting theirs soon... But I understand it's easy to lose one's credibility and that's pretty bad, especially when it's somebody nice and honest.

Really don't care anymore,He can't be the only person there.Someone could respond to e-mails and thread questions if you can get e-liquid

Well, it's all up to you and I can understand. But, listen, "I shoulda knew better than order from a country other than the US" (check you grammar) sounds much poorer than the so-called "poor customer service" you speak of. I'm not starting any kind of argument here, but maybe you should bite your tongue. After all, the States is just a country among loads of countries and that sounds insulting to the entire rest of the world, don't you think?
