Cool everybody.... Remember we are here to get the owner of 2smok to give us an answer. Thanks jorge for his email to 2smok and trying hard to help us out, kudos to you. Anyway 2smok really left a bad taste in our mouth after this issue. This is really not a good after sale service I must agree. Another though since the 2nd run for the mini LT were all sold out definitely there are people in Portugal who had ordered too why they are not asking?. have they received it already?????

Just to update on what happened with my order. I opened a case with Paypal and I received an email from 2Smok within a couple of hours but it was an auto email that said my account was credited. I logged in and checked my order status and it said 'refunded'. No refund existed in Paypal. I thought maybe it went straight to my credit card so I waited a few days and still nothing showed up. So I escalated it to a claim and within 48 hours Paypal gave me my money back. I really don't know what to think about all of this.

am sorry.That still don't change the fact that 2smoke accepted my payment and claimed they would be available to ship on 01/15/2012.
I still don't have a thundervolt,e-mail notification or refund(yet).Surely someone is at 2smok to answer e-mail and continue to fill portuguese
orders.

Well, I have no idea either and, yes, I did try to help. Kudos to you, Iluvsmoking. When I see those nationalist bursts I have to sigh and breathe in deep in order not to start a fruitless debate on nationalism and how totally irrational and pointless it is, whther it's coming from A or B or C... One thing I'm totally certain of is João must be as worried about his business as you are with your orders but I can understand what you're saying, I'd be going crazy too, I admit it, only I wouldn't say "this will teach me not to buy American things or Chinese things or whatever" because it's the kind of thing that means absolutely nothing and can start stupid wars. Yes, he did send me the Halo and joyetech liquids. No, he didn't answer my email. All I can assume is something must be wrong, hopefully not something too wrong. But I'd put my hands in the fire for his honesty. I could always be wrong, of course, but I really don't think so.

azzifel, I jusy saw your post, we must have been posting at around the same time. I know that there were a few people softly complaining that their orders were taking a little longer than usual. I have no complaints, I got my order the following day. Let's really hope João solves this mess as soon as possible for evrybody's sake. You didn't insult me but that kind of burst is silly no matter where in the world it comes from, I'm sure you know that. Other than that, I totally understand.

Dear All,
I'm newone here, that's why was not able to post here early.
On last week I call by phone to 2smok(João). I've got following:
- he is available by phone from 2smok site.
- Mini Thundervolt should be available to ship on Monday (info from 2smok)
Reason why disscused here few times.
I will make on this way:
- Wait for next week and if will not have tracking cancel my order.
Personally I don't think that's a nice way to make deals. Provide information to Customers, that's a one of the points of nice Customer Service.

Little bit longer? I don't think so... The offered information from site is 15 of January... Did you saw any information about another dates? Littile bit longer thats + 1 or 2 days and infromation about it on site... I think so, sorry.
