It's tough, I guess. I really haven't got a clue regarding what went on save for the fact that the customs decided to play smartasses further more than usual besides the accident (and I have no specific details of it nor of the recovery) and whatnot. And it's easy to lose one's credibility just like that. All I can say is it saddens me. And that I clearly understand all your viewpoints. I'm sure João must be much more disturbed by what all this represents, internationally at least, to him and his business than anyone else who's been waiting thus far. Still, it's totally understandable, so what else can I add? I'm really sorry for everyone involved...

EDIT: I forgot to mention one thing from what I saw at the site... The regular Thundervolts were available, the minis were not. At least, the last time I checked.

If 2smok are able to ship LT immediately why not the mini? It make no sense when the mini 2nd pre order closed earlier then they should have the stock by now? This make me pull the break and stop the agony. Regrade ordering from 2smok totally no customer service at all. -10

I'd never opt for the mini, which is a bit off-topic here, but it looks like L-Rider simply cut the tube short and called it a mini. Less autonomy and much less ergonomics. But that's just me...

Well, I never even touched a mini Thundervolt/Lavatube. It just seems obvious that it should be less autonomous. And from all I've heard, as I said before, it looks like they didn't care that much about adapting the ergonomics, which are great in the regular tube. But ok, it's true I never tried one. I have mine since early november but it's not a mini. Reading what you wrote, maybe I'm wrong, so I'll keep my mouth shut about it from now on.

Well, I've got the tracking for my LT. I made e-mail yesterday to Joao and ask to change my order from Mini LT to LT.
It's done and now status of order complete (Like I said I've got tracking). For me case closed...

I emailed 2Smok at the request of iluvsmoking a few days ago regarding the issues :

I received an explanation today from the Shipping Dept representative Pedro Sousa with permission to post this on behalf of the Registered Supplier: jotaccf

João Ferreira is at the moment recovering from a car accident at the hospital, and since he is the only one that has access to ECF forum there has no possibility for him to give updates regarding the Post for LT, I’ve contacted all our customers that had placed a LT order from us explaining the delay on the shipment of their orders, but since the access I have on 2Smok online store I could only send them e-mail using the store contact service and could not reply to the e-mails that were sent directly to João Ferreira!

More I can inform the at the moment all LT regular size orders have been shipped, and the mini are with a delay since we refused to accept the order of mini LT that were sent to us from our supplier since it did not match our quality standards!

João Ferreira will be released from hospital soon, the medical team believes that he can be home on Friday, so I’m sure that we will contact all customers that are still waiting for the shipment of Mini LT and give them some options!

Pls note 2Smok status has been reverted back to Registered Supplier so that when he returns in a few days he will be able to post in this thread.

Hello to all!
First i'd like to express my sincere apolagies to all for not replying to your posts!
Unfortunatly for personal reasons i had to be adcent from 2smok for a long time, because of that there was a delay on processing the order sent to us from our suplier, dispite that, there were demanded from customs some certifications that required documentation send from our suplier, and since they were celebrating Chinas new year that made the delay on processing the dispatch from customs even longer!
At the moment we have on our warehouse ready for delivery regular Lavatubes/Thundervolts, at the beguining of last week we received the mini lavatubes/Thundervotls, but after inspection were detected some problems with them and did not meet our quality standards, so it was decided that they would be resend to the supplier!
We already contacted our supplier and they are sending us a new mini lavatube/thundervolt batch!
If there is any one who wishes to cancel the order, please contact us, and we will refund in full, in alternative we can send you the regular ones instead, or in last case if you wish to receive the mini Lavatube/Thundervolt, they will be shipped at the moment they are received at our warehouse and after we inspect them!

By far - 2Smok has delivered everything just as ordered. My LavaTube/Thundervolt arrived just as ordered - altrough delivery took it's time. All items included. No complains - except delivery time exceeded about two weeks, with was known beforehand, as my stuff was pre-ordered in advance with knowledge of tht.

Battery charger give up the ghost with a bang only about four days - this was not the 2smoke's fault; the thing was a standard chinese quality. But they responded me only within two hours how to proceed with faulty product. So far - I have no complains for their customer service.
