A good solution to the height problem of the bigger bottles using Fusions but the small bottles are “made” for Fusions, it’s KISS with just a little condom seal. Think that's the 5ml plunger rubbers he punches Mike but he'll come back.
You should call the little bottles Fusion glass Mike. OH it vapes SO GOOD

That looks like a grommet and a condom...you can see the condom at the very bottom of the grommet. Maybe the Fusion was a little too short and 5C needed to bridge the gap?

ETA: Oh yeah Charlie, I bet it's a syringe plunger

just looked again and those bottels look larger than my medium, there's not going to be an easy KISS method to use Fusions in those large bottles but we have just started working with these, maybe there is an more elegant way to use short cartos in the bigger bottles.

I think i'm gonna need a thicker O-ring on the bottom.
However i'm afraid if I use a bigger o ring, once it heats up, it will expand & possibly crack the glass.
any fix for leaks from the bottom around the carto yet guys?

I think I ordered the small one. If this is small..........dang, I can't imagine how big the large is

The draw from the built on drip tip is incredible.
I tried a tank from another vendor with a built in drip tip & it was like sucking through a coffee stir stick. It sucked.

Mine hasnt leaked yet, its a lil loose but no leaks..

Oh yea forgot about gromets.. Im gonna have to see if one of those gromets will fit in there then i could use reg cartos..

Well the husband came home & tool one look at the thickness of the glass & said that there is no way this glass will break unless i purposly abused it. (Who me? Never).
That made me feel a whole lot better about using glass that close to my face. He says it looks like its about 1/8 of an inch thick.

I am using some cartos from good prophets. Doubt they are dual coil. I pulled this one out of a stainless tank i was already using. I don't think it was leaking through the carto. Cartos are cheap enough, I'm gonna fill the tank with water & let it sit while I'm at work for 12 hrs tomorrow.

I tried to attach 2 pics ( one of my tank & another showing the thickness)..... let's just see if it works on my phone.

It is a plunger that I pressed an old 510 carto tube through. It worked great but as Bovinia pointed out I do have a short piece of carto condom under the seal to expand it a little so it fits tighter. I like things tight.

It took all of 10 min. to do and it was very easy. You could use a grommet too but I didn't want to wait.

Mine hasnt leaked yet, its a lil loose but no leaks..

This one doesn't leak a drop and I'm very happy with it. The only thing I don't like is no filler port.

Yes it is a medium. It's just 2 pics of the same tank. He didn't have any small ones when I ordered. When I got it I felt something rattling in the box and I thought it was broke into pieces but upon opening it I found the rattling was 3 pieces of candy.

You can attach from your device but they come out larger if you use a 3rd party like Photobucket, Imageshack, Etc.

We have a new design bottom cap coming that has a locking screw built into it. No filler port but hey. we have not figured out how to tap glass yet LOL!

My tank just slips around on me KW , so we added the locking screw on these as an option. it is 1/8" longer than the regular bottom cap.

I must have gotten lucky or ya'll aren't holding your mouths right, cause I've got 3 of these tanks and no issues at all.

Two of the tanks are the small ones and I'm using regular Boge cartos on them, the other is the medium and the resurrector cartos fit in them perfectly. (They're about 1/2" longer than the Boges)

its not leaking, just a lil loose.. can slide the tank around party easy thats all..

I can spin mine around holding the tank and it stays put. When you put the carto in keep it clean and dry. That might help.

Try using 2 condoms ???? maybe ?? just guessing

So far, this has worked just fine for me with regular sized cartos.
