Will be placing order for new aw batteries from RTD today. I currently use 18650 1600mah and was wandering if the 2200mah would be a better choice. I have the upgraded contacts, but I do not sub ohm. My coil builds are in the 1 to 1.2 ohm range. Would I get longer life between charges?
Time for new batteries.

Yes the higher the mah the longer the battery life i have the i taste vv it has a 700mah battery and last me a couple hours if i use if regularly and in my svd i use the efest 18650 2500mah battery and it will last me as long as 2 days with the same tank and about the same amount of use
I have both. The 2200's seem to last a little longer. But for the ohm range you're vaping, the 1600's will most likely last all day.
This only applies to regulated mods. for non regulated mods how long they stay above 3.7 volts matters. the Mah rating is how long a battery last down to 2.5 volts.
For example an AW 1600mah last longer in a Reo than an AW 2000 mah.
The 2200 do seem to last a bit longer than the 1600 in a Reo. But I have not seen a test curve to know if they hold as high a voltage as long as a 1600 does. However at 1 ohm and above you problem won't notice the difference.
I didnt know that much about it get pretty good use out of the same battery in my mech also but i notice the drop in power around 3.8 v anyway and switch out batteries but i bought the batteries because the possibility of sub-ohm use even though i intended to hold off longer than what i did before getting a mech and rda
You're a Verified member check out the coOp's they just did a run on batteries. Maybe you can get in on them.

I use the AW 2200s, and I've found they last 25% to 30% longer than the 1600s. I generally change when he batteries are 3.65 to 3.7V.
Thanks all for your comments. Went with the1600 mah. Been using four of them for the past year with no issues. Ordered four fresh ones and an xtar vp4 to keep them healthy. Now I will have eight batteries and only one Reos. I guess I'll just have to order another one to keep all the batteries in rotation.
I tried that it didn't work. So now I've bought 10 pairs I think it will work now.
I am getting 3 pairs of the Samsung from the co-op. My very first time to buy other batteries than the AW. And my first time trying the flat tops, and more mAh.
Just hope they are as good as I have heard.

That's good to hear. I snatched up 3 of the new AW 2200mah yesterday when RTD have a 15% off sale.
I use Samsung 25R for 5 month now, and I have never experienced any problems.
I noticed a some performance increase compared to my previous AW2000 and CGR18650CH.
While I used to switch the AWs in the evening, the new Samsung now last all day (vaping a similar RM2 setup).
