Purchase a ohm meter, Do just a easy basic coil first. I learned by watching many youtube videos, If I can do it, you can. good luck. Keep us posted.
HahaI bet you did!
Why does it sound so dirty when things are done at night lolHaha
Not sure but its funny lolWhy does it sound so dirty when things are done at night lol
Thank you! So far so good! When installing and adjuting your coils use the same sized bit or screwdriver you wrapped them on to hold your coil in place while tightening the contact screws. If you've watched any videos, you'll see a lot of people doing that; makes life easer. I a gree with everything else said so far, ohm meter, coil master, etc. Good luck and have fun
LOL!They mostly come at night ... Mostly
Night time is the best time!I use micro screw drivers because they have that edge on the handle and it makes it easier to make bends in the lead to position it towards the air holes... At night.
I'm pretty sure it's the only timeNight time is the best time!
I think so too.I'm pretty sure it's the only time
I ordered a coil master a day ago and I can't wait to get it!Best tip would be to use a tool ( coil master/kuro) and steam engine for correct wrap info....
Then wrap 2 additional wraps... With needle nose pliers pull 1 wrap off from each leg.
Tightens and kinda straightens that first and last wrap if that makes sense.
So far I have everything just waiting for the coiler. That was an ALIENS reference in case I look like weirdo. Wicking is the biggest performance variable especially if you get the coiler. Get some Japanese organic cotton. Also I vote for 26 gauge kanthal. It sounds scarier then it actually is.
What are your fav drippers?26g is my go to, unless I'm bored and feel experimental then I play with the 24g. 28g i leave for my flavor drippers for dual micro coils.
LOL!Don't coil drunk or w/o glasses if you require such things!
Serious advice right there.
