I agree the smaller tanks are less prone to flooding.
These bottom coil things depend on air pressure/vacuum in the tank to keep from flooding. The larger air volume in the PT vs. the mini or evod is what causes the flooding problems. More air expands with temperature change. Heat from the coil conducted through the center tube heats up and expands the air, pushing liquid into the coil head faster. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.
Then explain to me why the 2 protank 2's have never flooded.
