So I'm thinking of jumping on the band wagon and grabbing a titanide tank for this mod but I'm not sure of what I should plop in there, either a diver or killer 705. Would those with more knowledge help me on my decision?

I've had both and hated the Killer. The adjustable juice control thingie is a real pain in the rear! Once you finally get it set right don't ever mess with it again and don't dare fill the tank or it will move and you are back to square one..

The tank also has to be disassembled to remove the Killer because of the hump it has..

Hated, hated, hated the Killer.. Did I happen to mention that I did not like the Killer?

Now the Diver. Love, love, love the Diver! I have 3 of them. 2 flanged and 1 non flanged. You can easily slide it out of any tank using a carto tool, there is no juice adjustment thingie and it just flat out works!

One other consideration is that the Titanide does not have a fill port. If you have a Killer in there the only way to fill it would be to remove the top cap or bottom cap. And bam, the juice adjustment thingie is back out of whack!

With the Diver, just use a carto tool to slide the Diver out a little and fill.. 500 times easier

My .03 is avoid the Killer like it has the plague and get a Diver. If you don't like the Diver (doubtful) they sell within minutes every time they are listed in the classifieds. If you get the Killer and don't like it, they take forever to sell..

I see you are in LA. Vaperev (local in LA) carries the Diver so you could save on shipping (but you can't avoid the lovely CA tax monster)..

I'd never use a Killer again, even if offered one for free..

I also own a Killer and 2 Divers and had experimented quite a bit with the latter in all sorts of manner.
Both atties can be a pain but with a little patience work very well.
I have the Killer in a XL Titanide which allows more time between refills and also because i use the same juice i don't need to mess with the flow. Set it and left it alone. I believe the headaches come when changing juices and most likely their viscosity hence the need for fine tuning again and again.
The Diver is somewhat of a hit and miss concerning the leaking issue. It is a little more user friendly than the Killer.
You might want to browse the Diver thread to find out more.
I like both but i recommend neither to people with weak nerves.

I am thinking I am going to need one of these in Ti. Dave, any chance you can accommodate sometime in the future?

So, no one has asked the BIG question, how is the Ti coming along? I know its running behind, but just a little approximate ETA? Its so exciting.

I'm just waiting.. Trying to occupy my time...

I figure not today since it's past 5 in Minnesota and I have not got a shipping notice..

Maybe tomorrow? My guess is next week sometime..
