Titanium Simplicity 18350

D'oh!

Did the cancellation email include an order number? Is it the same number you got when you paid? Maybe the correct order got canceled, but the wrong person was notified?

Yes its the same Order Number.

This is the description in the email:

Merchant: Super T Manufacturing
Description: Non Matching card information
Invoice Number: 26071-1379128844
Customer ID:

............................................

Non matching card information, I found was a strange thing seeing they already deducted the money from my card/account.

Why after having my money nearly 3 weeks, would they then come up with this, with no correspondence, no questions email stating there maybe an issue. No communication allowing the customer to confirm or check the details, just cancel an order. I am fairly disappointed with what has transpired.

Edit: Sorry....... Thank you Rojo for your input. With no one seeming to want to communicate with me, thanks for your input. Hopefully David will at some point see this as well as my emails and we can sought this out......Hopefully, as you can tell by my username, Im a bit of an optimist ;-)

Description: ShopSite Order

Maybe somehow your order got messed up.. Mine says ShopSite Order and your says Non Matching card information

Hi Mr. Fuel50..

I am a 20mm Titanium tank and I am currently delegated to spending my time in a dark and gloomy cabinet until my mate, a Titanium Simplicity 18350, arrives at my home.

I was taken out of the cabinet for a quick photo op and then rudely put back in there by my owner raqball.

Here is a recent photo of me.

Once my mate arrives I can frolic in the sun, watch TV and go places while chilling on top of your way awesome Titanium creation.

But there is still one 183Ti available at the website. Or is it?

Have I awaken to some "Ground Hog Day" scenario?... every day at 7:00 the same "last one" is up for sale. Why me?

I'm off to find answers to these questions and many more...

That would have been my fault probably. I purchased one of the 30 two weeks ago and then due to technical reasons there was an issue.

However, David showed a high calibre of customer service and protected my purchase until the technical issues were sorted out. I'm guessing that may have had something to do with the error you were indicating. I do apologise, if my situation had anything to do with your frustration. However, I do thank David for being a stand up guy and fixing this issue.

Glad to hear that all got sorted out! David's customer service is the best there is in my experience.
