I'm hoping we get an update today. Even if it's just "Sorry these won't ship for another week" ... But I'm hopeful for something a bit more positive :D

Shipping today is looking like it's not gonna happen..

Maybe next week? Today is only the 16th bizz day (if you count the order day) from the 10 day estimate so we are only a little past due.

Using Dave's self proclaimed rule of thumb to double any of his estimates, we should expect these to ship by next Friday. :evil: :lol: I'm not worried, upset, or angry.... Just anxious as I am sure we all are.

These will start shipping today and I should have them all shipped out over the next couple of days. We went ahead and machined 30 more bodies friday as I felt the original ones had some machining blems that just didn't pass my expectations. Those extra 30 titanium blemished bodies work just fine, so i'll put those up for sale too if anyone wants one to use with their stainless steel top cap and buttons from their 18000 series Stainless steel Simplicity.

Will there ever be 18500 TI tubes available? Satin Ti 18500?

^^^ I second this request ^^^

The satin Ti body is going to look uber sexy with the polished Ti top and bottom... just sayin :D And knowing Dave's version of "blemished" I really can't wait...

:banana: Yay for shipping this week!! I am headed to Fairbanks on business early next week, happy that this won't have to sit in my mailbox longer than necessary :D:D:D

I am debating a Satin Ti tube for mine...

I'd love to see a few photos with the Ti caps though...

My spending spree is on lock down now!

Since the 13th when the Ti went on sale I have spent a ton of moola!

$400 Ti
$45 Kick2
$16 'P' shorty
$50 satin Ti tube

Total= $510'ish to Super T

$85 tank for Ti
$50 Diver for Ti tank

Total= $135 to accessorize the Ti

$240 Other mod
$125 tank and Diver for other mod

Total= $365

Grand total in the last 3 weeks... $1,000 plus..

Reading this makes me want to slap myself!

My debit card needs to cool down! LOL

DOH!

Just a heads up, though these blem tubes will fit your existing TI 18350, your locking ring will be quite loose. One of the aspects of the blem and the resulting changes we made were to the thread major diameter where the locking ring screws in. These are much better suited to be used with the stainless steel locking ring that comes on the existing stainless steel 18000 series if you have one. The SS and Brass locking rings for the new TI bodies we just made were changed too to fit the new TI bodies too but don't fit these blems well (very loose, may strip out over time).

I really only recommend these Blemised TI tubes to be used with existing Stainless Steel 18000 series parts, not with the new TI parts.
