Sturm asked for my permission to use GGSlim's button on his mod. I told him to do it. He never asked me about using telescope on his mod. After a video that I saw on youtube, sturm had made a telescoping mod exactly the same as old GG but slimmer and with a front button, the one that I gave him my permission. His girlfriend told me that he only made 40 of them for some close friends. I accept it even if it was not the right move. Now someone told me that he didnt make 40 but much more.

So I am asking his girlfriend if he really made more than 40 and not only for his close friends. I want to know with what kind of people I talk and where I give my permission.

This is a real shame if its true. The right machines can replicate an existing design, but when that happens, it ultimately demotivates the inventor and then he looses interest. I hope that doesn't happen Imeo. Its really up to us, the GG users to only buy legitimate parts and product for this reason. In my industry, Chinese bearings have infiltrated the market so much that SKF and Group Schneider have actually stopped making some bearings, ultimately hurting users.

I have a sturm I just got in a trade, it takes 14500 or 14650s but its not your quality tbh although its a nice little mod that looks good with a line. I do not have the associated tank.........

Have to say that the SM "screw together construction" is pretty generic rather than being a copy of GG or Empire etc style construction. Seems to be done more out of necessity than as a feature. I own one and have to say its a nice well constructed and finished mod with very nice designed insides and I have to say that the focus in the build has been the connector, slim tube and the other insides rather than the "telescopic part. The switch part of course is a direct copy from slim as Sturm and Imeo have both stated, too bad to hear that the agreement was for a small batch and that it seems to have been broken, if thats the case its not a very nice move.

First of all I want to say that telescoping section is invented by me and not by empire's LS. But the main reason is not about where sturm wanted to focus. Its that he used telescope without asking me. And of course he made much more units than what he told me.

ps.... If he wanted to focus on other features than telescope he had to stay on those features and not putting telescope in there. But I know that telescope was a huge feature, thats why he put it. So he focused on telescope too. Without telescope this mod would be a regular mod like all the others.

Conclusion: GGSlim's button and GGTS telesope are the main features of this mod. The other parts are maybe the connector witch its maybe like all the other connectors (if its not like GGTS)

We all know what is right and wrong.
Buying from copiers or people that brake their agreements is against all of us. If we dont support the original maker we dont give him the opportunity to make something even better because we make him feel bad, we dont respect his work, we dont give him the nessesary money to move on.

I know that you know, I just remind you some things that sometimes we all forget. Trying to be a better person is what matters in this life. Imagine what if all people would try to do that.
