I don't have a problem with saying the "95%" thing may not be accurate. IIRC, the exact phrasing from the RCP was something to the effect of, "Unlikely be more than 5% as harmful as smoking".

We discuss the degree of harm reduction. It's probably not 100%. It might be 99%, or it might only be 66%, but it's utterly insane to for Eissenberg to advance the notion that vaping may be more harmful than smoking. Sorry, that flies in the face of all common sense, not to mention the experience of millions who have switched.
