Just remember this is no race and if you need an analog it's no big deal. Most important when we first quit analogs and begin vaping is comfort. There are also WTA chem in analogs that they believe may be more addictive than nicotine. For the first 10-14 days you'll prolly experience withdrawal form these. Amount of vaping...when I first began my wife suggested it might be easier if I crazy glued the PV to my mouth. She was just joking and was very supportive giving me tons of encouragement.
Happy Vaping.

Thank you!

I am nervous... But, I CAN do this!

Good Luck RockinRay. You can do this!!!

Keep the battys charged and the cartos full and have them with you at all times - just like you would with your analogs and lighter.

Switch up the flavors as needed and drink lots of water.

If you get the urge for an analog try doing some pushups or other rigorous excercise then vape.

And of course keep reading the forums - they will be an endless source of information and inspiration!

Vape On!

wonderfull...your new life as a non-smoker will amase you :)
Soon you will become irresistably attractive:laugh: your accomodations will no longer smell like an ashtrey....you will start to excercise, and be incredably healthy....your friends will admire you...your loved ones will be proud of you...Remenber this, and ditching the analogs will be easy:toast:

Happy vaping :vapor:

Ray!!!!!! :) you got this, dont stress out, be nice to yourself and try to look at it as a change of brands at first. Tell yourself your "only changing brands" Not quitting, and if you have to smoke one it's ok. Just pick up your PV the next time the craving hits. You will find yourself reaching less and less for smokes. We're all here to support you along the way. Congrats and welcome!
