Smoked my last cigarette yesterday. I got down to two a day since I starting vaping. One with my morning coffee, and one after dinner at night. For some reason I had a hard time getting rid of those two. The past couple of days I noticed I was feeling pretty ill and dizzy with my morning cigarette. I guess I liked the feeling before, but don't care for it much anymore. This morning I woke up and brewed my coffee and thought, do I really need this one cigarette this morning? Took up my vape and starting vaping for a couple of minutes and was feeling ok not to smoke that morning one. Since I got over that hump I know the after dinner one will be a snap not to smoke. Going for it!!!
