So of been fumbling all over from my ego t and atty to boge lr 2.0 cartos and have struggled with the two. The boge cartos I can't seem to get the hang of filling. And the ego t is just blah at times.

So I've had recommendations from ppl and they insist to sick with the cartos since I still have about 10 left, but switch to a tank mod and different battery. So I'm looking at an upgrade!

Been looking all over the place but don't want to dish out hundreds of dollars..

I caught a glance at the lava tube and lava tank, and it looks like something people are really happy with. Should I bite the bullet and order this? And if so from where? Any specials out there with decent ship times? Help the newb. still haven't had a analog, but struggling finding the right set up. Also are these awkward to carry in your pocket? They seem gigantic..

Thank you guys in advance. Depending in your input, my order may go in by 7am!

Impulse buy I need something to keep me off the stinkies!

i think the lavatube is a good buy. i wouldn't advise ordering batteries from the same site though. they're having some "issues"
if you want a variable voltage go for it. i am not a huge fanboy of VV. i vape a silver bullet at 3.7v with a tank from madvapes Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer
I also love the boge 2.0 cartos. Have you tried using the condom fill method?

The lavatube is def nice but it is pretty big and might be alittle akward to carry around in your pocket. Another option would be to get something like a kGo or E-Power. They are both similar to an eGo but are 3.7V PVs and will handle the lower resistance cartos alot better. The E-Power is also different because it uses non-proprietary batteries, which are alot cheaper. I have an E-Power and am very happy with it. Their both very affordable and if you get something like that you could also use a tank on it.
Crystal Clear Vaping also sells the Smoktech tanks that were mentioned a few times above, and they have free shipping. CCV also now just started selling pre-punched Ressurector cartos that have the metal base on them to be used in the Smoktech tanks, and for quite a bit cheaper then other vendors sell pre-punched cartos for too. Plus if you get a 15-pack you get a free syringe and drip tip, so its def a good deal. They are the only cartos I use and they work awesome on 3.7V PVs and in a tank. The dual coil carto that comes in the tank is okay, but personally I think dual coils only work really well in the 4-5V range. The Ressurectors def would be alot better in the smoktech tank than the dual coil on something like a kGo or E-Power. CCV also sells the E-Power if you like it, and they have a great deal for it, thats where I bought mine. Its a good price and you get about $25 in free extras. So a 3.7V PV would be another good option if your not happy with your eGo and you find the lavatube to be to big to carry.

And just curious, but how are you filling your cartos?, since you said you cant get the hang of filling them. Id recommend trying to fill with a syringe. Its very easy and takes all the guess work out. Plus it ensures their filled correctly and you dont have to wait for the juice to settle like you do when you drip fill. The syringe that comes with carto purchases from CCV is perfect for filling and is what I use to fill all of mine.

You don't need anything else, you have an ego. Mods are...for the lack of a better term: ridiculous.
VS an ego:

Do you find it more convenient to press a button on the bottom of something with your pinky finger?
More appropriately, something that requires quite a bit of pressure to make contact?
Do you find it convenient to dis-assemble something, pull out it's batteries, and re-charge said batteries
in a battery charger, whilst the tube and parts of the pv are laying around somewhere else?

Do you have a usb-car charger adapter? That's something to spend money on.

Check out an ego mega atty (not the "t"), the "b", the cylinder....standard resistance. Get a drip tip.
Drip ten drops, give it a whirl.

If you want to try other cartos, buy them by the piece, not by the pack.
Try the krangers, try the bloogs. Good Prophets has cheap adaptors.

You want help filling a carto? Here's the "Yetihunter laughs at the internet methods" method.
Pull of top condom, leave bottom condom in. Remove cap. Pour liquid until it's about to leak off the edge.
Put top condom back on again but only halfway and squeeze like a baster. Pull the condom off,
repeat until you can't repeat anymore. Put cap back on. Pull off bottom condom over sink and blow a few times.
There you go.

Back to buying stuff. You can get a LEO PT for about $16. Get one of those with a couple of cartomizers.
You can pretend it's you're new mod. Unfortunately, it's much, much, smaller than most mods. :0

The problem with his eGo is that it pushes a paltry 3.2v at best.

A simple step up to something like a roughstack, or hell...even a kGo would be a world of difference.

The eGo is and never will be a great device just because of the lack of voltage.

Been there, done that, and I disagree with you, completely.
Nonetheless, I'll be checking out the KGO soon, and maybe I'll disagree with you only slightly. :D

I think it's a matter of what really works for someone.

Now I'm just confused. No idea where to order from or what to do? Ccv days his tanks don't work with boge cartos I think.. Their epower kits have great reviews. Madvapes epower has horrendus reviews.. No idea what to do. Trying to order all from one place.. And use a coupon code if possible

If you read the OP again, you will see that the probem is that it isn't working for him. He came here to ask for help because of that.

Back on topic, I'd recommend a Roughstack or a Silver Bullet, Once you go 18650 it's hard to go back. They aren't as big as you'd think, not that much bigger than an Ego, and not that much heavier either.
I've been running a Goldrush w/ a DCCtank from Madvapes and thats 1" 1/8th by 7" 1/2 and it sits in my shirt pocket just fine.

If you do decide to get an E-Power I would def get it from CCV and not madvapes. CCVs deal is really good, plus you get $25 in free stuff. Thats where I got mine and I love it. Also CCVs kits come with the new gold-plated spring and also the new white LED switch that has a 5-click on/off feature. Madvapes doesnt come with either of them.
The silver bullet is a great PV, but it is pretty big and would be alittle tough to carry it around in your pocket. If you do want an all mechanical PV, CCV just started selling a PV called the Bolt. It looks like a silver bullet but is smaller. Its only $37.50 so its not a bad price for an all mechanical tube mod.

As for the tanks you were referring to, the regular Boge cartos will not work with them. You need to use XL cartos. You can get XL Boges which would fit if you like Boge cartos. I would also try the Ressurector cartos. They are awesome and work great on 3.7V PVs like the E-Power, kGo, or Bolt. CCV also just started selling pre-punched Ressurectors to use in those tanks. I would def try them bc the Ressurectors are awesome cartos

Alright so this is what I came up with as a solution for now. CCV, E-power kit. Parkesvaping, a couple chibi-tanks since I already have about 10 boge LR 2.0s laying around, so I dont have to go get more. All in all I think it would be an upgrade to my ego T set up currently. and I think 1 of my batteries are faulty any ways. Barely last me 3 hrs yesterday, and I don't mean constant vaping. 3 hours before blinking!

What do u think? should this work right? Right decision?
