Hey vapers,

It seems lately that I'm vaping way too much. I've got Kanger Mini Protank and I vape around 2.5 ml of 18mg liquid daily with it, sometimes more. I've only got around 15ml left until I receive some more (10 days to go).
Really need to vape less, because if I run out then I gotta buy smokes or snus for some time.

Any advice how to cut down my heavy vaping habits?

Cheers!:vapor:

please don't get the smokes. just walk into any place and buy eliquid it will cost you less than a pack.
There are three facets to this, emotional, physical and habitual. on the emotional side this serves us as a corner stone of stability, life is tumultuous while nicotine is not. on the psychological side - each with his own ghosts, we have to face them; and on the physical side as a ex heavy smoker myself I can tell you that I took Zyban along with nicotine patches (and cheated with some good Cuba-Dominican cigars - no saints here) - it works. my mind was clystal clear (I mean run engineering meetings clear). And on the habitual side, Habits are broken with faith. you will change your habits if you BELEIVE that you can, repeat and you will change.
So be strong, talk with your doctor, have faith and everything will be all right.

In my mind, there is no such thing as too much vaping. You vape as much as you need to in a given period. On some days I chain vape like I live on a sea of e-liquid. On other days, I almost forget I vape at all. Now as far as running out of supply... I don't know what's available in Estonia; but I have some VG on hand for such occasions. If you can get your hands on some VG (or PG for that matter), cut whatever e-liquid you have left with it. Adding 15ml of VG to your 15ml will give you 5ml to spare until you can resupply. It'll only be around 9mg strength and your flavor will be somewhat diminished but it beats retreating to analogs by a mile.

Totally agree, I find myself vaping like I smoked analogs. I could go for a few hours without but then chain smoked to make up for it. Same with vaping and I didn't realize it until I read the above post.

For me I realized I didnt vape heavily to get a need for nicotine as much as I did just to be actually vaping. I was vaping a higher nic liquid heavily and I could vape until almost reaching nic poisoning and not be satisfied. I tuned in what I wanted to get happy vaping, I lowered the nic level from 18mg to 6mg so I could vape more before fillling my nic needs. I also found that a warmer vape at higher volts and lower ohms gave me a more satisfying hit. Now I can chain vape for 15minutes or so and be satisfied. I think you kinda just need to play around with things to see what fits the bill for you.

As for helping you get through the next 10 days, I'd scope out a pharmacy/drugstore or use google to find someplace near that sells PG/VG to cut your liquid and make it last longer.

Get into DIY and make 300mls in about 15 minutes...no seriously its great. On a more on-topic note, you are vaping fine. what you need to start doing is buying in bigger bulk. When you first start it is understandable and logical to buy small bottles of juice just to try them out. I do it with new vendors all the time.
However, once you find that flavor you are looking for, it's time to drop some cash upfront for a larger bottle (be it 50ml+) so you have a good stock. You might have to buy a few 30+ml bottles or what have you. It's a good investment even though there is an upfront cost, you will be saving in the end if you buy larger bottles.

As others have stated, you can cut your liquid but be careful doing this as to not change the liquid drastically and produce a crappy vape (not trying to scare you - just being real). If you are going to be doing that, buy a 5-10ml needle and just go easy.

However if you are really running low on juice all the time and ijt gets to be too expensive to buy liiquid from vendors and pay for shipipng and what not, seriously consider DIY eliquid. It's fairly simple to create basic flavors and you can make large bottles whenever you need to, as long as you have the supplies to keep up with your personal demand. I recommend you look into it maybe on the DIY subforum on ECF.

Best of luck, anymore questions feel free to ask

I have the same problem. Only been vaping for about 2 weeks. I use EVOD tanks, and easily refil them 2-3 times a day. I've been taking 1-2 puffs every couple minutes, but I do this all day. I absolutely love it, so I'm not really worried. Just wish I had enough juice to indulge my habit/ritual lol.

I don't plan on buying tons of mods, so I should be fine on the cost of juice alone. I have an ego until my Vamo V5 comes in. Once I have that, I'll be good on devices, I hope.

If you have any vape stores close to you, I absolutely suggest buying a bottle of juice to tide you over. I have a few local shops near me, but one sells horrible juice. I would take a bottle of their nasty juice over buying another pack of cigarettes any day.

Hope you work it out!

i've found that i go through more liquid in my mint pro tank than i did with my evod not sure why but i feel it up alot more.

I agree on the PT2 Mini going through juice.I take smaller (shorter) "hits' and it seems to help. I too vape like a madman in the mornings and less in afternoons. Evenings - 10% while I watch TV. I also 'cut' higher nicotine with Glycol and make it go further. It cuts the flavor - but let's me drag out a bottle a long way.

You can get a 50ml bottle from mt baker vapor for $10 ! and it is IMO the best ejuice company out there. They have great Apple, Spurburry, USA Tobacco and East Coast Tobacco. ECBlends has similar pricing but they are not half as good. Halo and Johnson Creek
have great eJuices - but they are VERY expensive.

I've been vaping like a mad monkey since I tapered off smoking. Personally, I cut down to a lower nicotine level juice and enjoy myself. If you have to vape a LOT, DIY is your best option, or buy in bulk online. Mt Baker Vapor has a 236ml bottle for @ $40 US. There's plenty of time later to cut down on vaping later. Enjoy it and the flavor, let it satisfy you. Another thought, some types of ejuice have more of a "throat hit" which helps some vape less. You need to explore and find what satisfies you :)

I want to start off by saying, I loved my visit to Estonia. Ate 11 different animals in one visit at Hansa House. I agree with the others, buy in bulk. If money is an issue, then DIY is the way to go. you don't need anything fancy to start. You can do it all by counting drops. Do whatever it takes and don't let that inner voice tell you to get more smokes. Don't give in. You can do this!

When I smoked, I smoked constantly. (Used tobacco more than 52 years). Didn't lite the next off the last, but almost that bad. I was doing alittle better than 2.5 PAD when I started vaping. When I vaped, I vaped pretty much constantly. On days off I'd fill a 3.5 mL tank at least 5 times. I bought PG/VG by the gallon, and coils by the gross. Ain't proud of what I done, but. . .that I don't done it no more. Feb 6th was my last vape. Now. . .I don't do nuttin, just hang out and tell my story. Ecigs and this forum got me off of tobacco, and eventually off vaping. I really didn't think I'd ever quit either and ended up quitting both. Go figure. Ya gotta find what works for you. Good Luck with your quit(s). JMHO

Cheers,

That's about the same as me, because I work from home the mods rarely leave my mouth unless I am typing stuff or on the phone. I just dropped the mg on the juice from 18 to 12 - though it doesn't appear to be the nicotine, more the habit of picking it up. I did much the same when I used to smoke cigs years back when at the computer all day.

You should enjoy the Vamo V5, mine is doing well as my first mod after the Ego too. Get through the batteries though vaping all day, though the full on 18650 will do me the day in most cases.
